This one is great for a younger child because the string is short enough that the child doesn't have to stand on a chair or other object to be able to work the yo-yo. It is of good quality and works fine. My nephew was impressed and loved that it was blue. Seems like kids today don't know the pleasures of some of the great toys played with when my generation was young. A yo-yo is still a wonderful form of play and helps build motor skills and coordination.
