Did minor trimming around mouth but a good brushing solved a lot of initial concern about fur in the way. I m very impressed with the overall construction of the puppet (very well made). It comes with a rod which can be interchangeable between the two hands. The muppet itself is very large, but lightweight and easy for my daughter to play with. 5GREAT puppet!!I can't say enough good things about this green guy! Unbelievably good quality for this price! I use him in my ventriloquism act and the kids just love him! I did have to trim the fur around the mouth a little, so it could be seen a bit better, but that's it. Great puppet! Some reviewers complained about the shedding fur once they got it. It's pretty simple - use a lint roller on his body once you open him up. Voila! 5Abosolutely love this guyThis puppet is fantastic! The mouth is very easy to use, and has elastic bands in the mouth to hold your hand in place(which you don't have to use of course). The included arm stick came in front of the puppets eyes, which scratched it during shipping, ended up returning it, and the replacement came problem free. The eyes on mine are not looking in the same direction, one of them is a little cross eyed, but this really gives him character. The only issue Ive had so far in a year is it does shed a bit at the beginning. 5My kid loves it and it has held up wellGot this for my kid s 8th birthday because he wanted a puppet. He used it a LOT in the coming days after his bday and it has held up really well. He enjoys the puppet and the metal arm stick is a nice touch. He got another smaller puppet with a wooden stick and it got broken by accident. The size is nice and I m very happy with the purchase.
