She wrings out easily. Her head does pop off so that you ...My 2 year old loves this baby! It dries very quickly. There is plenty of stuffing in the baby doll. She wrings out easily. Her body is machine washable which is a big plus. 5Good Thought that Missed the Mark.I loved the idea of my daughter having a doll that she can play with in the bathtub and that is machine washable, however, I do not think this doll was worth the price. The doll was pretty cute, until I got it out of the box. The doll and all accessories are very cheaply made. The robe is adorable, but I do not see it withstanding 5 baths without falling apart. The "wash cloth" is weirdly miniature and the baby's body has very little stuffing. 3I'm assuming the "Adora" stands for adorable, but just wait until your child takes off ...I'm assuming the "Adora" stands for adorable, but just wait until your child takes off the doll's towel and reveals what it really looks like! She has the oddest peanut shaped head and you can clearly see where the head inserts into its squishy, flimsy body. My daughter calls it her "creepy" doll because I think it reminds her of Sid's freakish doll creation in Toy Story. Anyhow, it is still intact after many baths and even one fight with our pug-- although it is definitely showing signs of degradation after only being used for 3 months. The dolls only redeeming quality is that it looks cute with the towel on--so do yourself a favor and super glue that bad boy on so you don't have to wallow in the fact that you spent a lot of money on a poorly constructed doll that is also ugly. 2You can WASH it!!Love the wash-ability of this doll. Cute face (like the various skintone choices), well made, my 18month granddaughter loves it!My only negative is I wish it had more stuffing. The doll us very slouchy and her head keeps turning backwards.On the plus, besides washing, my granddaughter LOVES her and takes her EVERYWHERE.(I wash it in a laundry bag and hang to dry in my very hot summertime garage!!) 5Bath babyVery cute doll, but floppy head and under stuffed body. I'm assuming it's so she can dry relatively quickly which she does if you squeeze her out and hang dry by the loop on her back. If you hold the doll by the head she has an awkward neck/shoulders. It's definitely a fun doll for the bath, but my girls don't use her outside of the tub at all.Edited to add that for some reason I didn't realize the head came off. This may be in the instructions with the doll and I missed it. I did not empty her head for a very long time and there is obviously mold all inside. We had to toss her. My girls have asked for another one as they did use them regularly in the tub. If you get one make sure you let the head dry out after each bath. 3Look it over before gifting. Black line on bodyThis is a super cute little doll. Fast drying and everything it says it is. Mine came however with a black line on its body. It looks like a permant marker went across it. We kept it just because I wasn't going to take it from my daughter as she pulled it from the package on her birthday but to say the least I was very disappointed when I saw that under its robe. Look it over before gifting it. Very sad. 2I did think it would be a better made product than it wasUnfortunately, this doll was far from meeting my expectations, and I wasn't expecting anything over the top, but for $37, I did think it would be a better made product than it was. First of all, when I opened the box, the head was unattached from the body. No big deal, right? I just reattached it, but it hardly set the stage for a good impression. Secondly, the image provided on Amazon is quite different than what the doll appears to be in person. She's not fair skinned, she's not black, but perhaps a little purplish in tone instead. And while I realize the baby is a "bath time" doll, she really has nothing more than a waterproof-nylon-body-with-Styrofoam beads. I hate to disappoint, but if you're looking for a great little doll for your bebe', I do recommend finding one to purchase in person. This is one of those instances that proves highly deceiving when you trust what you're getting by the photo image you're given online. I could've bought a much better baby doll for half the cost at Target. 1Discolored doll !I really wanted a good quality doll for my one year old to enjoy for many years. This is not the that. First out the box you notice the really odd Reddish color of the dolls skin like a bad spray tan or sun burn. Definitely not the creamy beige color pictured. Also the hair doesn't look brown like pictured but just a darker shade of red like the skin. The overall quality seems cheap I had to pull off loose pieces of plastic from around the base of the neck that should have been cleaned up during production. I'm very disappointed and will be returning it. 2Adorable Versatile Baby Doll Can Go to Bath and Bed with Your ChildI got two of these dolls for my two pre-k girls for Easter. They have multiple dolls from the Adora line between the two of them and I've been impressed with each and every one. This doll was no exception to the rule. The doll is well made and adorable. The girls always want to take their dolls with them into the bath but none of their baby dolls are made for the tub so I've always had to tell them no. This allowed me to make an exception to the rule. Now they can take these babies into the tub with them after dinner and the dolls are dry by bedtime. It's so convenient and the girls love the dolls and love being able to take them to the dinner table, clean them up in the tub, and go to bed with them at night. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for an adorable yet versatile babydoll that can literally go anywhere with your child. 5Our daughters love these dollsWe bought our 6yo the Adora BathTime Kitty 13" Girl Washable Play Doll with Open/Close Eyes for Children 1+ Soft Cuddly Huggable QuickDri Body for Water Fun Toy for Xmas and even though our toddler got her own Corolle bathtime doll, it just wasn't the same. She wanted THIS ONE. Sigh.These are so cute we had to buy the owl version for her 2nd birthday! Well made, love that this little one has brown eyes and a slightly darker shade of skin and hair which matches one of her older sister's complexion. Though our eldest daughter is 10, she loves to play with her little sisters and their dolls too. These are beautiful dolls, well made, with really sweet details. 5
