    My daughter is egg-static!We recently got backyard chickens. Ever since my 10-year-old daughter has been crazy for chickens! When she saw these on Amazon her eyes lit up and she wanted them all, right now! We didn't buy all of them, but she did get two and bought a third for her best friend who also loves chickens. These stuffed animals are well made, with soft plush fur and pose-able feet. They are very realistic while still being soft and snuggle-worthy. My daughter has slept with hers every night since they arrived and wanders around the house with chickens under her arms. If you have a chicken-crazy kid in your life these are a great choice. 5Her eyes are a little wonky, but I don't ...Her eyes are a little wonky, but I don't mind. She is quite the snuggler, though she does have metal in her feet, so cuddle with caution! I originally bought her to make a purse for a costume, but she is just lovely and I can't stand to cut her open. 5Cute and life-sizeIt's cute and will serve the purpose I wanted it for, which was a decoration to promote an egg selling operation. She will stand on her own legs, but you have to adjust them. She doesn't come out of the box able to stand, and mine came with a loose leg. She can still stand, though, so I'm fine with that. It's a great conversation piece or I can imagine kids having fun playing with her. 4but that was easily fixed with a couple stitchesThis is the gift of the decade. There was a small hole in the seam under the body, but that was easily fixed with a couple stitches. That just comes with the territory (fleecy material). Otherwise, our hen is fully stuffed and fluffed and ready to be loved by her recipient.Her legs/feet are functionally bendable, and her wings are affixed to her side, but they can be freed with a snip (we'll leave that up to her new owner). She is just lovely! I may purchase one for myself, for when I'm feeling clucky. 5Lovely Buff Orpington stand-inThis is a lovely, inexpensive stand-in for our real-life Buff Orpington, Choo-Choo (named for the wanderlust-filled one in the Geico commercial a while back). It's a little undersized from life-sized, the feet are a bit big, and the comb is rooster rather than hen (but can be easily trimmed down to hen sized if desired). Wings arrive sewn down, and can be snipped free if desired. Only real complaint is that eyes are a little lop-sided on ours. Not a perfect representation, but excellent for the price. 5Made my girl happy!Perfect for our use. Our pet Buff Orpington, Buffy, died unexpectedly and my daughter was devastated. She asked if I could buy her a stuffed Buff Orpington and I couldn't believe this even existed! The stuffed animal was good quality and is quite loved. 5Good product, and good for a laughThis is our 2nd chicken. His name is Bob, and we carry him in the car. At stoplights we stick his head out the window or sunroof and you can see people's scowls turn to laughter.As far as this particular chicken goes, it is incredibly soft, seems to be durable, and I would recommend it. 5Love itMy ten-year-old daughter love this it's great for little Chicken Lovers and it's just so fluffy even when I wash it it's just fluffy there was one problem when I was watching it since the fabric is kind of thin it broke and you will have to fill up probably like somewhere under the wing of the chicken but otherwise my daughter loved it she sleeps with it and if something ever happened to that chicken I think she would go looking for it at night if she could 5Even Better When You See It For Yourself!I bought this plush hen for my toddler granddaughter who loves chickens. We actually live on a small farm and when I was looking for a plush chicken this hen caught my eye because it looks the most realistic, yet still soft enough to hug. When I opened the Amazon box I was delighted. The hen is just as life-like as I thought, and it is even more soft than I imagined, including the feet! It is very hug-able and I know my granddaughter will love it! I cannot wait to see her carrying it around. 5What a Fluffy Hen!This chicken was purchased for my 98 year old grand mother, who used to have a farm, but is now limited in her physical movement because it hurts to walk. She holds this little chicken close to her, and actually named her "Concentina" after a woman who was good to her many years ago LOL I wanted to give her a real chicken, but her landlord will not permit, and so this chicken was the next best thing. She loves it! It is fluffy and large like the real thing, but my grand mother complains that it does not lay eggs LOLSo cute! 5
