    This is awesome for a small child or anychild for that matterI never write reviews but this is a must. This is the coolest item ive ever bought. My 2 year old and 6 year old love it. Best thing is no mess. I never thought my 6 yesr old would like it but i just placed an order for another one for him. It does have to dry after its completly colored on but within minutes ita ready to go again. I do recommend id you have more than one child using it that you buy an extra pen cause it only comes with 1. I found a 3 pack for like $8 on amazon and thw bases is slightly different but does the same job. It also rolls up. Love this. 5Just add waterAmazing. Bought it for my 2 year old neice who is showing interest in doodling. She can run around the house with the pen and we dont have to worry about accidents. It dries in a reasonable amount of time. And is just big enough 5Creative expression without the hassle of cleaning up!Pros:- Helps toddlers learn the correct way to grasp writing utensils- creativity without the HUGE mess- no markers/crayons/pen marks on the walls/floor/____ (fill in the blank with a household surface)- Zero Clean up timeCons:- Although this does not in anyway affect the functionality of the drawing mat - a small cup of water (bottled) splashed on the mat and ended up leaving a permanent water line across the mat. Mat still works just has a line down one edge now (see picture)- If you leave water in the pen the tip tens to turn brown / moldy 4Total garbageMy daughter is autistic and I was looking for something to get her interested in drawing to work on her fine motor skills. This mat is WAY smaller than the photo and it's very cheap and flimsy. It looks like an extra-large placemat you'd buy at the dollar store. Total waste of money. 1Great toy with no mess!!My daughter received this as a Christmas gift and loves it. The water markers work great, she colors and draws, she even goes through the alphabet with me and colors each letter. It dries and more fun. The only thing, I can t get it to lay flat, it s kinked from being folded in the box. Also I wish it cleaned a bit better, but overall great, fun toy with no mess! 4Really fun and tidy!Our child loved this as soon as we opened it! It works wonderfully, is re-usable, and the best part is that there's no mess. I would have given this five stars easily, but it is not very easy to clean. We got a very little bit of grease on the surface and it just won't come off. Kids' hands get dirty, so if it was a little easier to clean, it would be perfect. I would definitely recommend this product though. If you have more than one child playing though, you need another pen. 4Great educational toy to keep kids focused!I purchased this for my niece's second birthday, since she's recently begun to enjoy coloring and drawing, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.Even with my niece being two years old and at the stage where she's constantly on the move, this was able to get her to settle down and focus for about half an hour to 45 minutes (which is no easy task for kids this age).My niece loves being able to "draw" pictures for us, and the small images on the outer edge of the mat are helpful for teaching small children what different objects are as well. 5Perfect for my toddler!I LOVE this! For the mom of a toddler who likes to color this has been a crayon saving, furniture saving, time saving and mess saving purchase. We don t waste nearly as much paper and there is literally no mess to clean up. I would highly recommend this for anyone with kids! 5Great Water Floor ActivityLove to get this out and lay it on the floor, and my 2-year old grandchild will use it for 15-30 minutes, which is a long time for a very active toddler. The quandrants each display a different color when the water pen is applied, so it doesn't get too old. As the water dries (usually 15-20 minutes), it goes back to a blank area, ready for the next idea to draw. Would like to have another water pen for Grandpa when he joins in!! 5Go for it!Love this no mess fun. Great for our two year old and 5 year old grand-children to draw together on the same mat. LOVE that the "pen" has just water in it. Great idea! Grand-daughter was surprised when the pic finally faded away but I was happy how long that took. Plenty of time to snap a photo and move on to new creation. 5
