A complete life saver. 5Picky baby gives this a thumbs up!My baby is very picky with toys and things and usually doesn't let me leave her sight... but with this she stays entertained for a while and she can turn around in it with her back to me and doesn't cry! She loves to jump and it didn't take her long to figure out how to turn herself around to enjoy all 360 degrees of fun!! I have many videos of her smiling and squealing and laughing in this jumper!! 5Nothing short of AMAZING!I wish I would have purchased this item sooner! It has it all! My daughter loves it! For a free standing jumper, this item isn t as bulky as others I have seen! I was surprised at how little footspace it occupied! But just because this item doesn t take up as much space doesn t mean it is lacking in anyway! It has a rotating 360* seat so baby can have equal access to all the toys. The toys that come on the item are very entertaining, it has a lot to keep baby occupied and interested! One of the toys even lights up and plays music. To adjust the height of the seat is so easy, it s so easy it can be done with the baby in it. I was worried that my child wouldn t get much use from this before she outgrows it (she is very tall for her age) however I foresee her being able to use it for a long time! I definitely think it will be well loved! The construction of the item seems to be sturdy and safe! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this item! I am impressed! 5Great For Active BabyI purchased this for my 3 month old to use. She is almost 4 months and has been using it for about a month now. The reviews and questions varied on what can be the proper age for your baby to use this bouncer (I believe it said 6 month and up on the box). I think its up to each mom and baby personally. My baby was already sitting up well (assisted), holding her head up and moving it around great and she was kicking her legs all the time by 3 months of age. Once I put her in the bouncer I learned to put a folded up swaddle blanket around her sides and back as she still has some gap between her and the seat. I wish the seat was mesh as my baby does get hot in it and wants out to cool off after a while. When she is bigger I'm sure it'll get better as she fills out the seat more and gets taller. She loves bouncing herself and is starting to explore the toys now. I bought this because other bouncer designs reported injuries to baby. I either have baby girl wear grippy socks or I put an old crib pad under her feet so its non slip. She loves the bouncer and I am pretty happy with it as well. Happy enough that I have now purchased other Baby Einstein products! 5Bouncer with limitless fun for baby!We have a newborn and wanted to get something that would be durable enough to be used for a while, so we chose this based off price and other reviews.Pros-Easy to assembleEasy to adjust for height variationLots of toy options for babyGood variation of music/noises for a small toy- parents, you know how important this is because listening to the same song can drive you madBilingual, which is coolConsI wish that you could move the toys around. There is an octopus and I wish our baby could spin it or push it along the bar. Same for the star.Also, I wish the toys that hung on the barnicles were better quality or texture.All in all, our daughter loves it and she has been able to use it for a few months and will probably love it until she starts being more mobile. 5It's sturdy, and not too heavy to move aroundOverall Design:This is a cute and well-made jumper. It's sturdy, and not too heavy to move around. It does somewhat bothers me that my baby can rock this side to side causing it to hit the legs and make a clanking noise. When she's in it I hear the jumper hitting the legs almost constantly as she hops slightly side to side. There's only a couple inches of space, so it doesn't take much sideways motion to make this happen.Toys:I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because most of the toys are immobile. Babies like to touch and move things, so this doesn't make sense to me. Most of these toys are stationary stars. Likewise, the octopus on the bar only pivots a tiny amount on the bar--although to its credit, my little one LOVES to stare at it. The larger starfish on a bar (also doesn't move) does have a mirror on the other side which allows baby to look at its own face (and this makes them quite happy since human faces are most preferable to babies!). I don't know why there's a small booklet hung up and out of reach. I used plastic link toys to move that off of there so baby can pick it up and actually interact with it.Conclusion:This seems geared towards being a jumper and not an activity center, even though it looks like it's both. Good for jumping, but easily hits the legs and becomes noisy. Very cute, and baby still enjoys it despite my complaints. 4Needs More Jump But Still a Good Buy - Review UpdatedOk, so I was really excited about getting this jumper for my son. I am a single mom to 6 month old boy/girl twins and had already recently purchased the Fisher Price Rainforest Jumperoo (not on Amazon) technically for my daughter but it really doesn t matter which twin uses which jumper really. On the pro side, it was super easy to put together and my son seems entertained by it. He hasn t cried for me to get him out of it after over 20 minutes which is a definite plus. I just received it today and he s literally in it right now. My daughter hasn t tried it as she is still napping. Anyhew on to the one big con, it has very little jump. The straps are really stiff compared to the Fisher Price jumper and my son doesn t seem to even realize it s a jumper. Both twins caught on to the jumping part pretty quickly in the Fisher Price product presumably because it has so much spring. The Baby Einstein product is more like an exersaucer or something similar. At this point I m on the fence about returning because my son likes it ok but I really wanted a second jumper for my twins because they enjoy jumping so much.Updated review: My original review was premature. My daughter tried and was jumping happily away and my son did too when I put him in it a second time. I still stand by it isn't as springy as my other jumper but my babies love it which is all that matters. It keeps them entertained for a long time so I can get a few things done. I'm glad I purchased. 5Best $106.49 I ve spent since my daughter was born! Day 1 of having the jumper and my 6 soon to be 7 month old love it s! It was easy to put together. The instruction were easy to read. Usually dad puts things together but I was about to get it done! 5Doesn't seem like it was designed with babies' behaviors in mindI expected to love this product and don't like it at all.My 7th-month old grandson will only stay in it a minute or two before crying to get out. My biggest complaint is that the toys around the seat are hard plastic. I thought they would be softer silicone that would bend and be cushion-y. When he starts to throw his head around to get out, I have to grab him to keep from him from hitting his head on one of the hard plastic objects.I was disappointed in this toy and do not recommend it. 1Game Changer in the development of my daughter. My girl, a surviving twin, was born at 24 weeks weighing in at 1 pound and 3 ounces. She has been intubated her whole life, and for much of it heavily sedated. Long story short, she is beginning to do a little better day by day. After weaning her off of most of her sedatives, she would lie in the PICU and move very little.Now enters the Baby Einstein Jumper. The first time we used the jumper, we carefully put her in and she sat there doing nothing, a bit confused. I moved the jumper for her, and put my hands on her feet to show her the motion. After about 30 minutes she began to sway side to side, realizing the purpose of her legs and feet for the first time. Roughly a week later she caught on and began to bounce all by herself. This began to open the door to other physical improvements. Because of the jumper, she learned head control, then she learned to sit and roll over. Today she is learning how to stand. She plays more and is far more alert. And now, she loves the jumper so much that she cries when we take her out of it.This one toy has been more important to the development of my baby girl than any of the other treatments. 5
