    Horrible kiddie sprinkler padHorrible, came with a large rip in seam. When my husband read the inside paper work which was a small piece of paper it stated NO RETURNS IF ITEM IS RIPPED. SERIOUSLY!! what a bad joke.. 1Dead on arrival...Arrived with a two inch long hole in the side seam. Disappointing to have to send back and wait another week (or two) for replacement so for the sake of the kiddo, I'm trying to Gorilla glue it together. Not a great purchase 1do not buyThis was a great idea but cheaply made. It broke after second use. Did NOT come with any patches either. 1Defective valveThe valve that hooks to hose was broken. Water spewed out and didn t fill the mat. Too much of a hassle to return. 1Fun with a WARNINGWorked as expected. Do NOT place the mat over a hard surface (concrete, patio, driveway, etc). This mat gets slippery. My toddler fell a few times while splashing. Thank goodness the mat was set up on grass, providing a little cushion. Even on grass, I may place a foam mat underneath. Otherwise, this could have been a disaster. Glad I read some reviews sharing this warning. 3Arrived RippedGreat concept except it arrived with a large rip in the seam. I would love to have one that isn't defective because my 2 year old was super excited but it looks like this is pretty common with this product so I will probably not order again. 1Defective product that shouldn't have been shipped.We bought this for our granddaughters to use this summer when they were able to sit up on their own. We just opened it up for them to use now that they are 10 months old and the seam on one side is split open. I bought this unique pool on a recommendation from a friend who purchased one for their grandchild. I am beyond the return date, our granddaughters were preemies so it took them longer to be able to use this pool. This is the reason why the pool wasn't used before this weekend, August 10th.I hope with this complaint your quality control department will take more care when reviewing the final product prior to it being shipped. I was so anxious to see my girls in this pool because it was such a unique design. It is described as being 54 inches in diameter, but the playmat that I received was only 38 inches in diameter, too small even for my 2-year-old grandson. The reviews that I read before ordering were all positive. There were even pictures of this product that clearly appeared to be 54 inches across. I have no idea why the playmat I received was so much smaller, but it seems very deceptive to show one size and then send another.
