It will be fun to see how well it grows with him. 4Terrible purchase ***UPDATED***This was a terrible purchase. The quailty is that of something you would get at the dollar store. I got this so my son would be secure on walks through our neighborhood... Well the design of the rails on this car makes it so the wheels do not turn at all. When I requested to return this product I had SEVERAL back and forth emails with the company who refused to allow a return and would only offer to send another car. I do not need another car like this... It does not work. I guess if you want to use it for your kid to sit on, stationary, then this is the car for you.** I'm updating this to add that my husband was trying to use this car because we were unable to return it... DO NOT BUY THIS CAR... anyway... he was pushing my son around the house because it's so cheaply made it is useless outside on the sidewalk or driveway... and the flimsy handle popped off and my 10 month old son fell head first onto the hardwood floor. He has a huge bruise and thank God he is okay. I repeat... DO NOT BUY THIS CAR. 1Cute toy car, not really a strollerGreat toy car. My grand daughter likes it. She is 11 months old , so a bit young because she doesn't know how to keep her feet on the foot rest. They slid off & can drag on the ground. So maybe best or an older baby. But it is well made with removable guard rails. I like that se is secure & also that she can see all around. I also ie that in warm weather they get a breeze, unlike a stroller with a back. They are really out in the fresh air. She loves being pushed around the house. Other than the foot rest being too small , I think it is well made . She is a bit young & will grow into it. I haven't taken her on a long walk in it yet. Would I buy this again...definately. at the price of $39 , it's a good deal! 4Forget about the Benz version, save money and buy this!Bought this for my 7 1/2 month old for X-MAS. While he is rather big for his age 22-23lbs, he fits in just fine (though I have to watch him from time to time to make sure he doesn't get lopsided - according to the guide this is for 2+ yrs). The car is not fancy (you're not buying the Benz model), but sturdy and decent quality. It has buttons for a horn and others for music (annoying after a while). Overall great value for the money and I am sure for whomever you purchase this they will enjoy! 5I would NOT recommend this product at allVery cheaply made. Wheels do not turn, cannot be used as a stroller as advertised. It also comes apart while pushing my 1 year old granddaughter which is VERY UNSAFE. I would NOT recommend this product at all. I was very disappointed. 1Not the toughest piece of plastic out thereI have a large (99th percentile) 16 month old and this thing clicks when he rides it, like something is rubbing where it should not. The handle also does not feel super strong - it bends when I try to tip the car back to go over a floor transition. He doesn't slip out the side and it's durable enough for his sister to push him around in it. Once he gets bigger we can take the sides off so he can zoom around in it by himself. The only reason I deducted a star is because it doesn t have a seat belt. If it had a seat belt, it would be perfect! The side rails don t help as much as a seat belt would. Other than that, the car is easy to maneuver, my son enjoys it, my husband (6 3 ) and I (5 4 ) can easily push it around while standing. 4
