    Loved the puzzle and how nicely the pieces fitMy 1st one star review! Loved the puzzle and how nicely the pieces fit. You know how it can be annoying on a cheap puzzle. I'd planned to frame this one but, alas, a piece missing in middle. I know I didn't lose it as the puzzle was never moved from the table and I've looked high and low. I contacted Educa to request the piece by entering the special puzzle number and counted out the piece (A29/B18). After filling out all my personal information and registering I recieved this reply. "The piece replacement service is not available for this puzzle edition." How frustrating!!!! Do I through it in trash or order another entire puzzle for that one piece? 1Quality and Beauty CombinedThis puzzle is of outstanding quality. Solid puzzle pieces. The print seems to almost have a slight wrapping to each peace so you aren't afraid that the surface will stop adhering to the blue backing material. Possibly one of the best quality I have seen in all my puzzling.It is a BEAUTIFUL puzzle and I'm glad that I chose this one. You might want to get your magnifier or glasses out as the print is tiny yet very readable when enlarged.Would buy again from this company. Very quick on the shipping 5Challenging But Rewarding PuzzleThis was a very challenging but rewarding puzzle to do. Before your purchase be aware of a few details:-The wording on the pieces (cities and other details) is very small, almost unintelligible without a magnifying glass or very good eyesight. This will make a large majority of the pieces hard to differentiate based on the similar color scheme.-There was puzzle glue included with the puzzle, which is something most puzzles do not provide.-I did this on a puzzle mat I bought from Jo-Anns or Michaels craft store. While it wasn't just falling apart, it took a lot of the puzzle to be done before it started to hold together better.As with all puzzles its all about the end game, sure the process can be rewarding but, this is what made it 5 stars for me. I plan on framing this for an office/den area. Hope I could help. 5ChallengingI bought this puzzle for my fianc who loves to put together puzzles. He said it was challenging to put together but he had fun. Once it was completed he framed it and gave it to me as a gift to hang in my home office. 5Pieces missingI really liked the look of the puzzle. It was difficult to put together. Had to use a magnifying glass for some parts because the writing is so small. But we put it together in less than two days. The point was to learn the countries, oceans, geography, etc. There were three pieces missing when we finished. I know it is possible that we lost them, but I really don t think so. For an almost 19.00 dollar puzzle, pieces should not be missing. We looked over the entire family room and didn t find one of the three. So I am going to see if I can return it. Very disappointing because we like to frame puzzles and hang them. And this one does look very nice. 3Good ChallengeFinished in two days, really enjoyed it. There was one moment where I thought I couldn't go on, but I managed. My suggestion is to sort the pieces as best you can because once you get to land, it can become very overwhelming.I, of course, started with the boarder and the flags. Then I put together all of the drawn ships and any circular images. And placed them all where I thought they belonged.But that's when I got stuck. I started running my fingers through all of the land and water pieces, hopelessly trying to figure out where to start. Right when I was considering giving up, I noticed two very thin latitude and longitude lines across the puzzle. I sorted those pieces out and placed them together. After that, I finally had a solid foundation to work with and it was all really easy from there.Definitely recommend to people who love 1000+ piece puzzles. Good challenge. I'm going to put it together again in a few years and hang it up in a frame. 5Missing Piece!!I should have heeded the other reviews!! Overall, the puzzle looks nice, and was challenging, but just like many many many other reviewers have written, mine is also missing a piece! I reached out to Amazon support and they offered to send me a whole new puzzle. Which, as anyone who does puzzles knows is an awful solution to the problem of one missing piece! After asking multiple times, Amazon finally provided me with contact information for the manufacturer, which was an email address for the wrong company, which does not even make puzzles. I m not sure how others were able to get a replacement of a single piece, but I certainly have been unable to do so. With the missing piece, the puzzle is pretty worthless. Do not buy!! 1Wonderful puzzle with cleanly cut piecesThe puzzle comes with glue useful to hang the completed puzzle if desired and a "lost pieces service" which I needed since it arrived with one piece missing (which is very frustrating since I am very careful handling puzzles). The previous puzzle from another company came with an extra piece so I have to wonder if quality control is a general problem.The puzzle itself is clearly printed which is important to be able to read the tiny letters on some pieces. The colors are faithful to the picture on the box cover. I followed the instructions to get the "lost piece" on January 20 and the website reports that the piece was sent on February 7. When I reported the missing piece, I learned that it takes about 4 weeks for the replacement to arrive. I hope it does arrive because there are other puzzles of interest from Educa. 5Very Cool PuzzleVery cool puzzle once assembled. Took almost three months. Had to build a table just to do it on (2 saw horses and a piece of plywood). Assembly is hard because the pieces do fit in more than once place. Especially the boarder. The entire top and bottom are mirrors of each other. Same goes with left and right sides. We actually had both in the wrong place and had to switch them. Same goes with the interior of the puzzle. The piece that fits in the top left will also fit in the bottom right. So be aware of the small details and you should be ok unlike us who had to do a lot of piece switching. Also the puzzle had all 4000 pieces. None were missing. 5Doesn't have all puzzle piecesI bought this puzzle with the intention of framing it and putting it up as wall art.1. It's smaller than I thought (that may be my bad for missteading the dimensions). 2. It's missing a puzzle piece. It took me a long time to attempt to complete the puzzle, all to find out that not all the pieces were in the box.Very disappointed. 2
