    GREAT for my DIY swing set! Hung a half bucket swing on an A frame with theseI decided to build my own swing set for my autistic 4 year old using the 123 easy eastern jungle gym brackets I bought on Amazon as well. It turned out really well! I already had one platform swing with some swing ties that I used in a tree at our old home but I bought a new half bucket swing for this project and needed hardware to hang it with so I bought this kit. It is great! I LOVE that it came with EVERYTHING you need to hang a swing, including wonderfully detailed instructions and the right size drill bit so you don't have to guess or buy one! Plus the actual hangers themselves are about as heavy duty as you could possibly hope for. My 220 pound husband hung/swung from the chains before we attached the swing just to make sure they were sturdy and they didn't budge even the tiniest bit! We attached these to a 10' 4x6 pressure treated cross beam.Probably the only thing that I don't absolutely love about it is that is has the rotating hangers. The ones I got make some noise. Maybe they just need to be oiled with some WD40 but I would prefer that the hangers just be static and not have moving parts. I feel like it creates unnecessary additional friction. That being said the swing I hung with them swings smoothly and is VERY sturdy and secure and my son loves it (and he swings a LOT)!If you're interested in what I built and how I built it check out my review on the 123 Easy Jungle Gym bracket kit. I did NOT receive this item for free or at a discount. 4Everything included but the drillI bought one of these sets to hang a toddler swing for my first child, and just bought a second set for another swing. It comes with the bolts and washers, so no need to make a separate trip to the hardware store and hope you got the correct size bolts. Holds infinitely more weight than we need it for, and having a swing with a hinge is well worth the money to not have the swing creaking and squeaking and rubbing an eyehook into metal dust over the years. 5High Quality ProductI mounted these on edge of a support 2X6" under my deck to mount a swing. Worked great and am very happy with the high quality, over-engineered purchase. Included everything I needed.Installation Tip: The instructions tell you to apply soap, wax, or oil to your bolts before you screw them into your drill holes. This is no Joke! My 8 AMP plug-in drill was smoking by the time I got the bolts in. It may be advisable to ratchet these puppies in using a hand wrench that final inch. They are big bolts and a lot of friction is created putting them in. 5Three StarsThey squeak like crazy! 3with this brilliant kit any woman or child can do ithaving a few 150-200 lb adults on a porch swing causeda few problems. with this brilliant kit any woman or child can do it. comes with all that you need, the correct size drill bit w/ coordinating screws, goes up like a dream. works much better with 2 people 5Heavy Duty Swing KitThese swing brackets will hold the biggest of kids! They are beefy with heavy duty lag bolts for mounting. Once installed you could lift an engine block off of 1 of them...you obviously use 2 of them for each swing. I am 300 lbs and have swung on these. Shoot a little non-toxic grease on either side of the part that oscillates in the bracket (your swing chain is attached to it) and it swings for quite a while before your kid needs another push. I have no doubt these will last the life of the swingset and beyond. 5Solid kit.It's been a few months since I used this kit to hang a swing and it is holding up really well. Other then a little squeaking that I sprayed some wd-40 on, it has been a solid kit for my kids swing set. 5High quality but may squeakEverything you need to get your swings hung was included (except sings of course). They look really well built. My problem is the squeaking. My grandson is 30 lbs and almost from the start they squeezed. I bought some high quality lithium grease and it helped a lot. 3Definitely RecommendWorks fantastic! Much, much heavier duty than the swing hanging hardware that came with the original swing set kit. Add in that it comes with the correct sized drill bit to make the install even easier. Just needed a little grease to stop a mild squeek at the beginning and we were good to go. 5Massive parts, useless drillThis things seem solid, but I have two minor complaints: I bought this package complete with the drill, so I did not have to worry in case it comes with weird screw dimensions. The included drill is so bad, I gave up immediately and took one of the drills I had at home. While the included drill did not even drill the first mm in wood, mine drilled like through butter. So the included drill is absolutely useless, but the instructions say not to use a different drill of larger size (which I now had to use). I am not concerned about the larger size, as I tested whether this holds and one side will carry my complete family. The second thing I do not like is that the bushing is much larger size then required for the bolts, so the bushing wobbles around on the bolts and is not snug. Gives you a low quality impression. This is probably not really an issue, but not comparable to my previous construction, where I used sealed industrial ball bearings for my kids swings. 4
