Great costume don't rely on accessoriesThis fit my small 7 yr old great. He loved it. We didn't mind the fabric (floppy style ) hat. At keast we can wash it. I figured if we wanted to get a plastic hat there are places here we can get one for free.The accessories are nice for pretend play, but the walkie talkie was broken on arrival. It wasn't worth sending it back for whatever sound effects it makes. The costume was much better quality than box store costumes. It's basically the same quality as a very popular kids brand of dress up clothes (M&D), but lower price. 4Grandson loves it!I purchased this for my grandson who is 6 and it fits perfectly. He wears a size 5 shirt. His class is having career day and they get to dress up as what they want to be when they grow up and fireman was his choice.This particular costume was the perfect choice. Not only was it reasonably priced but the accessories are definitely a plus! It also came with a tablet ( in case they want to write down the days events) a carry bag for accessories, Ziploc bag to store costume and great ideas on how to help your child/grandchild get maximum use of costume in role playing. Some of the ideas I never would have thought of and appreciated them being included.The costume seems to be made to last. The jacket is not made of flimsy plastic. He loves the fact that water can be put in the fire extinguisher and the handheld radio makes siren sounds. I would have rated 5 stars but the water will not spray from extinguisher properly and the radio has a slight flaw but in it's entirety it will serve its purpose. 4Great quality and lots of fun items included with the ...Says it will fit a 3-5 year old. I was nervous. The boy I gifted them to is 3 but wears a 5T. He has plenty of room to grow into them! They will fit for a few years yet! Don't let that scare you. He had received another(bigger name and more expensive) brand doctor vest, and the iPlay brand ones were just as nice, if not nicer. 5Best present ever!I bought two of these for the grandkids, six and (a very big) two. It fit the oldest perfectly and we rolled the sleeves for the little guy. They absolutely loved them! The accessories were a hit, especially the water-squirting fire extinguisher. Kept them busy for hours, squirting the flowers in the garden to put out fires. 5Just what we needed!Very cute. My grandson loved this set. Fits well. The hat is constructed of soft fabric (same as the vest). It is not a "hard hat". Shovel shown in picture is not included in this set. Grandson is size 2T so you can judge the fit. 5Perfect for the Fireman in TrainingA fun way to play! The jacket and hat are the perfect material, not to heavy but good quality. The hat will withstand a lot of play time, unlike the plastic ones out there. Fit was a big enough on my 4 yo grandson (5T) to last has he grows, his brother (size 7) could wear it with move room. Great product at a really good price. The other play pieces are fairly standard, however, the plastic has a little give to not cause harm to items (and brothers) that get a bop with the ax. 5The hose is not very durableI bought this for my four year olds birthday. The hat is actually cloth, which I was not expecting, but not a big deal he still loved it. The most upsetting part was how easily the cloth on the hose ripped. My son and his cousin got into an argument over it, and it ripped almost clear in half. I attempted to fix it temporarily with tape until I could sew it back, but my son instead ended up pulling out the styrofoam piece and tore it apart with his teeth. So it went to the trash. The rest is very durable and awesome. Be aware though that the fire extinguisher opens and has a plastic straw inside of it. Over all I am happy with my purchase, though slightly disappointed that the hose part did not last longer. 4The mitt and utensils are a great touch. He was excited to put it onGot this for my nephew as a gift. He is almost 3 years old, and wears around a 4T. The jacket is slightly large on him, but does not interfere with his play. That also means he will be able to use it for a few years to come. The hat is a bit large on his head, but when tucked behind his ears, didn't seem to fall in his face. As with the jacket, it gives him room to grow. The mitt and utensils are a great touch. He was excited to put it on, and I enjoyed watching his imagination come to life as he started "baking" and "cooking" at his play kitchen. I also gave him a dry erase pad and crayon that he can use to "take orders." This is a great item to help promote a child's imagination and pretend play. As we had to do with my nephew, you may need to reinforce that the mitt and utensils are for play, and are not to be used to help with actual baking or cooking. I feel like that is common sense, but still worth mentioning. 5Great costume!I purchased two of these chef outfits for my four year old twins as Halloween costumes. They are adorable! The only thing I had to change was the size of the hat which was easily done with a bobby pin. They were the talk of the town, waving bye with the little oven mit on their hands. Very well made and very affordable. I love all of the little extras it comes with, right down to the name tag! The best part is that they can use the costumes even after Halloween with their play kitchen. Thank you! 5Excellent quality. Highly recommend!Excellent quality! My son is 4-1/2 and it fit perfectly. He is 44 inches tall. It just fit him across the chest but it was fine in length of arms. He was a police officer for Halloween and had a blast with the accessories. He even used the included notepad to write tickets for people. He drew x s for violations and happy faces for being good. Entirely his idea.Make sure you note the measurement of the jacket and measure your child before purchasing.NOTE: If the measurements of garments were not provided I would not have purchased. 5
