    Description

    The Jolly Jumper Exerciser with Door Clamp is sturdy and scientifically designed for use with appropriate door frames. It gives your baby complete freedom of movement and promotes easy, natural breathing. Babies build strength, balance and coordination safely and comfortably. Babies can use their Jolly Jumper Exerciser as early as 3 months (only if baby can hold head up with full neck support) to walking age, with baby's maximum weight of 28 lbs (13 kgs). The door clamp may be used ONLY on frame openings as shown on the illustration below. Wall thickness should have a MAXIMUM thickness of 6 inches or 15cm with frame mouldings having a flat top surface of NO LESS THAN 1/2 inch or 1.25 cm. Door clamp is included. Color: Black

    Best purchase yet We love this thing. It hangs in the door and doesn't take up space, and is easy to take down and store out of the way. My 5MO loves it. He'll jump happily while I vacuum or make dinner or shower. Out of all the swings and rock n plays and activity mats this has been the best purchase. We love how it supports his core as well, so his head isn't bouncing around. 5NOT for 8-foot frames but well made and worth the costWe purchased 2 of these for our twin girls. After reading the reviews, we felt this was the best choice for them and they really took to the Jolly Jumper right at the 4 month mark (13 lbs). The reason these exercisers are so expensive are numerous, but there are a few drawbacks to consider:PROS:1) Deep pouch holds the baby chest-high - even the smallest baby can stay upright in this thing2) 2-step security (Velcro strap followed by plastic buckle) - no accidental (or intentional) escapes3) Superior craftsmanship: no cheap plastic! Everything is over engineered from the heavy-duty spring and straps to the clasps and stitching (can be passed down for generations)4) Comfy gusset makes for happy little legs: The wide bottom allows for a diaper but doesn't dig into the baby's thighs like other jumpers.CONS:1) Will NOT accommodate an 8-foot (2.4 meter) door frame. The included chain is too short. I had to go to the hardware store and purchase some weld-less steel chain (100lb+) and a quick link to allow for our 8-ft frame. (see picture)2) Its tricky to get into. The best way we have found is to disconnect 1 of the clips to the spreader-bar and leave it to the side while inserting the baby and then finally bring the bar over and connect it before attaching the baby and jumper to the chainUltimately these jumpers are worth the cost, but the manufacturer should consider providing extra chain length to accommodate larger door-frames as they are becoming commonplace in many newer homes. 4Baby is upright and supported, having a blast at 5pm, Priceless!My 5 month old has a blast jumping up and down! I tried other crappier brands and I had to stuff things under her armpits so she didnt fall forward. This one keep her balanced and supported. It looks way better than other version with all the toys. I only gave it 4 stars because getting baby out is a hassle. I have to unhook her off the chain and bring her to sofa to pull her out. Its worth it because she has a great time at 5pm but it takes a minute. I did not however read the instructions, maybe I missed something for easy removal. Still, worth the $$$ which was alot for what it is although its decent quality. Priceless to find activity to make 5 month old happy and get exercise! 4Hard to useIt is hard to get the baby in and out of this - the clips on the harness are not designed to come off and you have to take the whole mechanism off the spring to lay your baby down and get him/her in there. I don't think I would buy this again, especially for the price - the design should be more refined for costing 4X the price of other baby bouncers. I got this one to avoid the cartoons all over the others.. The baby does love it once he's in there. 3Really Great - Puts others to shameThis is a great bouncer for kids. There are many options out there, but this one is incredibly well built.Our original bouncer (not this brand or model) became defective quickly and started making horrific noises. We thought it was going to break and land on our child's head. Kind of hard to entrust the safety of a kid to something that creaks and groans as they bounce; and our child is pretty light.So this time around we decided to invest a bit more in quality, which is so often a good idea, and we got this one, which is fantastic. A nice snug and adjustable 'child holder' and every aspect of it seems really well made. Nice smooth bouncing action, no scary noises, just a happy laughing bouncing baby!I wish we'd bought this one to begin with. There are plenty of cheaper options out there, but this one IS worth a few dollars more. I imagine it would easily outlast one child and could be used by a future kid. 5Saving my life!Amazing jumper! My daughter is 5 months old and loves to play in this all day. It's very well made and also lightweight. I had gotten her a cheap jumper for 25$ and it was awful it hardly bounced at all. If you are having second thoughts because of the price don't. The quality makes up for the price it is so worth getting. Easy set up, very portable and extremely useful. Now I can get so much done, I just hang the jumper up in the room I'm cleaning or working in and my daughter entertains herself. I'm finally getting things done, she's getting excessive and burning off energy which leads to long naps and a full night sleep. My favorite baby purchase so far 5It essentially takes a village to put a baby in this jumper.DO NOT BE BEGUILED BY THE BEAUTY OF THIS JUMPER! I bought this because, unlike most of the other jumpers on the market, this did not have a nauseating ocean theme or include 50 million ridiculous attachments. I thought, "Delightful. This can integrate into my home decor, and the baby can enjoy herself. Win-win."The way you put the baby in this is essentially like putting on a diaper if putting on a diaper involved me sweating profusely for 7 minutes, swearing in my head, and making sure the baby's arms don't accidentally get mangled by the horrific design. Then, once the baby is in the diaper/torture device, you have to hang the baby WITH THE BAR ATTACHED and somehow snap the bar onto the spring. I needed the help of my 4 year-old and my 6 year-old to get the baby in. This is my third child. I am not putting up with this crap.Baby was so frustrated by how long it took to get in, she couldn't even enjoy her new freedom of the toy. I had to comfort nurse after because she was so traumatized.Save yourself the grief and buy the obnoxious ones where you can just plop a baby in a seat. 14 month old loves itAs soon as my son could support his own head we put him in this. Now, at about 4.5 months he is starting to jump and loves this! Some of my family have trouble getting him in and out, but there s a way to do it without it being stressful. You must pull the seat up to you while you re supporting the baby...it s much harder to put the baby down into it while the seat is just hanging. Do this> while you are standing and holding your baby...Grab the front of the seat and pull it over your baby s legs, then kneel down and let them bear their own weight, then Velcro, then the clip, then the metal buttons, and lastly put their arms between the straps...To remove the baby safely, do the exact reverse of the above steps starting with repositioning their arms in front of the straps.Watch the metal spring because it can rip out your hair or beard if you get close to it while it s in use. 5Safe and fun, very well designed and sturdy.After carefully reading through the reviews for other door jumpers, my husband and I agreed on this one simply because unlike others, this product did not have any complaints regarding safety. Our almost 7 mo / 20 lbs baby loved this jumper right away! It was super easy to set the jumper up and putting the baby in and taking him our was also a piece of cake, unlike a few reviews suggested. Overall, this is a very well-thoughtout product that's easy to use for either one of us to put the baby in/out of the jumper seat and connect him to the jumper that's hanging in the doorway. After our baby used the jumper, he figured out he could stand on his own, and has all of a sudden started to get up in his play pen, by grabbing onto things. Same happens when we change his shirts, he goes for standing position instead of seating. It's remarkable to see his sudden ability to stand and go for standing positions for much more frequently than before. Even after using this for a couple of days, the benefits are clear. (We only use the jumper for up to 15 minutes, a couple of times a day). It's the first gadget we got our son and we all love it! 5Worth every penny! Could use better clips though.This is the third jumper we tried and we finally have a winner! We tried one of the fancy ones with all the toys... he had no interest. Tried another doorway jumper... too wide in the crotch so his little legs went out to the sides instead of to the floor.This one is great! It keeps him occupied for 20-30 minutes while I'm taking a shower or cleaning up. Worth every penny!!!My only complaint is putting him in it. You have to lay baby down to put him/her in, and that big hanger bar part really gets in the way. You can unclip the harness, but it's really difficult and gouges the plastic, which is no good. I wish the hooks on the big hanger part were easier to take on and off like the hook on the main spring. There's no good place to put the hanger part when putting baby in this thing; it always seems to lay right near his face/head and be really in the way. 5
