Don't FitThese shoes are garbage- which is exactly where I'm putting ours. I can't believe all of the favorable reviews! Maybe they changed the design?These shoes are IMPOSSIBLE to put on/off. The shoes from American Girl have a reinforced heel, so they slide right on and off. These shoes are just fabric in the back (cheap fabric too- looks like it came from the $1/yard bin at Joanne's), so the back end crumples when you try to slide the doll's foot in.Neither of my kids could put them on, so they came to me for assistance. It took me 5 min to wrestle them on! And that's without socks. With socks? Forget it. Impossible. The shoes are too tight to wear socks with. Junk. Don't buy them. Spend the extra $1.50 and buy the actual American Girl shoes, because these are a total fail 1Pretty party shoesVery cute and sparkly, we bought these to go with a pretty pink party dress for my daughter's Madame Alexander doll. The shoes fit perfectly. They're made of cloth, so they're not as easy to put on as stiffer shoes, but they stay on very well and look terrific. 5Adorable little shoesI really love these shoes. They're sturdy, give the doll stability and let her stand on her own.
