Heck, I even love it! It's much better than Kinetic Sand....can't explain the consistency but it is. No, we don't do crafts with it but they play with it, make big balls and squares and then cut it up with a butter knife and feel the very cool smooth edges of it and then build little things with the pieces they've made. It's really neat....get it for a birthday gift for a kid you don't know well and you're out of ideas! 5lots of fun, very little mess and hassle.Lots of fun, very little mess, no need to keep in bag, can leave red on surfaces if you leave it on there a while. Fun for adults too! You can walk around with this stuff and play with it like play-dough, although it feels like sand. 5Great option for kids with food allergiesThe manufacturers (WABA/Relevant Play) said there's no food ingredients (just ceramic beads and synthetic polymer). It is also not made in a facility that handles any food. It's great to have a sensory material that doesn't involve food. Great option for kids with food allergies. Our LO has multiple food allergies so it can be tough to find a play dough without any food ingredients that can work for school and home.We love playing with it. It has become our go-to play dough replacing our home made dough, and Lakeshore's gluten free dough. It is easy to mold and fun to play with. It is very easy to clean, you can use the dough to pick up any stray pieces. We've had no issues with staining (either from dyes or oils) which can be a problem for other doughs. It also is very workable and pliable. FYI it's also unscented which is nice because some doughs can have a weird-playdoughy smell. They've really hit it out of the park with this one. 5A little more like play-doh than I originally expectedA little more like play-doh than I originally expected. I was hoping for it to be more of a kinetic sand type product, but it's still very fun to play with. Easily handled and doesn't make a mess, shipping was great, too! Would recommend :) 4Surprised and disappointed!I am a Nursery School teacher so I "live and breathe!" preschoolers. I bought this product for my three year old grandson for Christmas. I was expecting a great product because it had been recommended by "Good Housekeeping" magazine. We found the playdough to be very dry and soft. When I made my grandson a little bird and nest and eggs with the dough, the neck kept cracking and falling off sideways. Then I tried a "snake" and again, even that simple shape cracked and fell apart. It was very frustrating to work with and just about impossible for him to make anything that stuck together. Also, tiny crumbs of it separated and fell on the floor. Not nearly as nice as regular playdough and I am disappointed in this product. Sad, but true! 1We ALL love this stuff!!!Ok so this keeps my 3.5 yr old occupied for literally HOURS. Do you know how hard it is to occupy a 3.5 yr old for HOURS?!?! its so fun and easy to mold and fun to cut into shapes because it holds better and firmer than play doh, but comes apart into a squishy velvety soft kinetic sand-like state as well. Little pieces do fall off once in a while, but for the most part its easy to pick up. We have 3 dogs as well and even though it gets hair in it sometimes its pretty easy to pick out. We keep it at the kitchen table and off of carpet to avoid that mess. And I think my husband might even enjoy it more than the kids LOL.10 stars, we are buying more along with the molding kits!! See my video upload for how easy it is to mold, cut and pull apart. 5This stuff is awesome!I bought this keep by my desk to use a stress reliever and also for my 5yr old who comes to my office some afternoons after school. I LOVE IT! You get quite a bit in the bag and although my son uses all when he plays with it, I only use maybe 1/3-1/2. It,s squishes nice, when it's packed altogether it stays together and gets quite hard and when you put it apart it 'stretches'. the texture is really amazing, it has the softness and mold ability of playdoh without the sickness or drying out and then it has the look and feel of the kinetic sand but without the mess. I even bought 2 more bags, one for my son and one for a friends son. 5Love this stuff!My 9 year old son and 10 year old daughter LOVE this stuff :) Their grandparents got them some for Easter and they have played with it so much that I ordered more (PINK and BLUE) for them for Christmas! They will be pleasantly surprised as they didn't have this on their lists! It is not messy at all, cleans right up because it basically stays together, I give them each a very large cookie sheet and 4-5 cookie cutters and they will play for hours!! 5Better than play doh!Love this stuff! So much better than other kinetic sand. It holds its shape like play doh, but never dries out and doesn t grind into carpet and stain. It it gets on the carpet just vacuum it up. I have some from 2 years ago that my 5 year old plays with it is still soft and works like new. Clean up is a breeze just dab a piece and it picks it up. It doesn t flow unless you stretch it and it will pick up hair if you have pets. 5Best moldable sensory toy I've found!This product seems to be a cross between Play-Doh and Kinetic Sand. It can be shaped into various forms and hold itself (unless too thin and gravity takes place). The product does not dry out if left out even for a long period of time. It doesn't get dried out and stuck in your carpet. If the mad matter does drop all over the carpet, simply get a large piece and smash it on the pieces on the carpet... it should all stick back together. It is a little harder to get all the pieces back if someone steps on it and it mushes in the carpet... some of the mad matter can be pulled out (with its own ball of mad matter) even if stuck, but not 100%.My 3 year old used watercolor paint on it once. I must admit, after that the "stickiness" of the mad matter wasn't the same. Don't get me wrong, it's still an awesome product and does what it supposed to do, but when played (broken) in tiny pieces, it doesn't seem to have the original strength... maybe 90%? 5
