    I may have had to buy one for myself...I put this on my tot's wishlist last year. It has been many things, but mostly a cape. We do weekly dance parties and the silks come out to dance with us. It is by far my favorite and really gets me moving. One silk just wasn't enough, so I recently purchased my own. It doubles as a cover for my lamp at night as the bright LED is too much to read by but perfect for nighttime tidying. After a year the tot has gotten a few runs in her silk, but no rips or holes. It gets daily use still. 5It's looking good in the back on my closet right now and ...In lieu of Easter grass this year we used the night sky silk to line our daughter's basket. It's looking good in the back on my closet right now and I'm looking forward to the Easter Bunny giving it to her early tomorrow morning.I wear a lot of fashion silk scarves myself, and I the price for the quality of this scarf is fair. 5Wonderful tools for enriching, open-ended play!This is our third Sarah s Silk. We use them all day in all kinds of play. During pretend play our brown silk is a mountain or a mud puddle, while our blue one is the sea or a river or a bath. We ve recently been playing submarine and the game can be quite extensive, spanning several days. We needed another silk for more water and rather than get another blue silk I opted for the sea enchanted silk. My three year old was immediately delighted by the colors. Our silks have been used as doll cradles, blankets, towels, you name it! They re wonderful tools for open-ended play. 5Who knew?! Clearly Sara knew... lolI was worried I was buying this a little soon but I m glad I did. I got this to play with my 5month old with - I stand over him and flutter it over and down on him and he laughs and screeches with delight then gets excited again when I pull it off his face and say peekaboo. It s a great game. Or sometimes I drape it over my head and kneel over him so we are both under it which makes him laugh and screech too. Pretty fun, nice quality silk and cute print too. 5Beautiful and fun for my boysLove it but my son (3) chewed a hole in it the second time he played with it. They love it when I throw it to them in the wind outside, or making an ocean over the air vent. Good for peekaboo with my baby. Glad I bought, it is a good toy for boys too 4Lasting entertainment. High quality playsilk.We bought a rainbow playsilk for my oldest daughter over 3 years ago. I ll be honest, when we received it, I was a little disappointed. I had no idea how she would use it. It s so thin, I figured it would fall apart. Well, it didn t. And apparently the point is that kids know what to do with it and grown ups don t. She plays dress up, baby dolls, peek-a-boo with her brother and even sleeps with it sometimes. It s still going strong. I ve hesitated again at the cost of buying a second one for my second daughter, but my oldest is quite possessive of her playsilk so I decided to bite the bullet. This time I opted for Blossom for my daughter who loves pink. She is absolutely delighted and of course I am too. I m sure we ll get plenty more hours of open ended. 5So many possibilities!My 3yo daughter loves her rainbow play silk. It is gorgeous, and has been used as: butterfly princess wings, peek-a-boo with little brother, cape (most frequent), blankie for baby doll, head covering to play Mary with baby Jesus, part of a couch fort, princess dress, monster costume (over head like a ghost), living room picnic blanket... and those are just the things I recognized.It is sturdy, and has held up pretty well. It folds down really small, so I have been known to tuck it into a pocket while traveling so I can whip it out in the airport, or in line somewhere, for some quick entertainment. Only problem is, now I need to get my son one, too (he's almost 2, which is when my daughter got hers), because they fight over it! 5This playsilk is perfect for my four year old!I am thrilled with this starry night playsilk! I bought this for my 4 yo son and he took to it immediately, pleased with the texture and design. Currently it is draped over his large wooden barn, filled with farm animals all ready for bed. It arrived promptly and very nicely packaged. Completely satisfied with this purchase! 5Quality not great for price. Holes on first day.I wanted to love these play silks. The colors are pretty. My daughters both got one for Christmas and wore them as capes for a few hours yesterday. Are mine defective? After these few hours of wear, they each have tiny holes/pulls throughout. Very disappointing. For the price, this is not a product I'd consider splurging on again. 1Large and beautifulI bought the ocean and the rainbow scarves for my 1 yr. Old grandson. He LOVES them. Its a great tool/toy for when he's not happy or having a meltdown. I just throw one into the air and he starts giggling when it flotes down onto his head and we play peek-a-boo. They are extremely well made. As a professional sewer I can tell that these are going to last through all the grand kids to come. As a DIY gal, I could probably make my own if I wanted to buy silk, hand hem it, buy the dyes, etc.... These are a bargin at this price!!! Buy several. They are so creative and useful. A cape. Draped over the edge of his table as a fort, wrapping up older toys for him to open again...and of course playing peek a boo. 5
