    Great help for elderly and disabledWe play Phase 10 all the time and with 10 to 11 cards in your hand at one time this is the perfect solution for my disabled son with diminished motor skills. This is the second set I've bought so he can have one at home, camp, Grandma's house and my house. They are well balanced and have never tipped over during play. 5Poor quality and construction.The idea for this product is great. The execution is poor at best. The neoprene lining that holds the cards in place was not well attached to the blue plastic holder. This made it difficult to get the cards into the holders. The neoprene fell completely out of one of the holders. To top it off, two of the holders flat out broke in two on the first use. I m pretty disappointed. I will have to look for another option. 1Hmmmmm.....Not entirely sure on this one..... I really wanted these to work, but thefirst time I tried to use one, the card got stuck in between the rubber and the hard plastic (the rubber had pulled away and the card met the glue that should have held the rubber down.) Not good. Almost had to tear the card to get it out because it stuck to the glue. I also found that these work better at a table with only 4 players. On a table for 6 there is no way to prevent the people of either side of you from seeing your cards. 4Great for Card Playing SeniorsGreat holder for senior card player. Easily holds 20 cards for playing double pinochle. Our card club plans to order another set. 5Great Product But Inner Rubber FaultyGreat product but the inner rubber started to come off soon after, causing our cards to get stuck on it. 4Perfect for kids!Perfect for kids! I bought these for my little grandchildren. I have a two-year-old and a five-year-old who love to play cards, but of course can t hold them. They absolutely love these card holders and it s providing us with a lot of hours of fun playing time! 5Great for all sorts of cards and tiles as long as they are bigger than Scrabble tiles.Got these for several family members with Parkinson's and other mobility disorders to use. Work great with all sorts of cards including normal sized cards, tiny "Ticket to Ride" cards, and even chunky cardboard coins, tiles, and tokens from some games fit nicely in. Scrabble tiles didn't work, though, because you have to push them down too far and then you can't see the letters. 5DisappointingWe've only used these twice and by the 2nd time the padding inside had started to peel away from the plasti. When my daughter put her cards in the holder, instead of them going between the padding, they ended up between the padding and plastic. The padding is sticky because it's supposed to be stuck to the plastic, so when she went to pull out her cards they were stuck to the padding. Several of the cards ended up ripping as we tried to carefully remove the cards. Extremely disappointing that something that was supposed to make playing cards with my kids easier made it so much more of a headache. These are going in the trash. 1I'm no longer renege-ingBefore I got these holders I was playing bridge - 13 cards. My hands were getting cramped from holding onto them for 3-1/2 hours at a time, and when I was nervous, my hands were sweaty, and it was damaging the cards as well. What made me spring for these holders is that I was playing with a bunch of seniors who play with full size (poker size) cards with the big numbers. I have small hands and twice in one game I reneged (didn't follow suit) because I had compressed my spades between my thumb and forefinger, hiding a couple of spades.So now, I don't renege, my hands don't get tired, I can see all the cards very well and it's a real pleasure to play. My 13-year old grand daughter who is into card games loves them as well. I bought her a set of 4 of a different holder that looks just like these in the add, but they aren't nearly as good. The cards don't slip into the holder as well and they're very irritating to me. So don't buy those. They are less expensive, but in the long run, you get what you pay for. 5Made life a little easier for her and taught her that "adaptive" items aren't always in the form of a wheelchair or walker but can simply be those things that makes life a bit better during recoveryGot this for a friend who broke BOTH arms.
