Customer Reviews

20 feet!!Cheap and terrific!! The pig flew 20 feet in the air when I shot it!! So far it didn't break yet!Note: My sister have a flying monkey, flying frog, etc.. and it broke after 2-6 years of usuage 5Fun, yes. Durable, noThese are the type of toy you buy for short term fun impact. Do you want a toy for young or old that will get used right out of the box? This is it. Do you want a toy that will be used again and again? Choose something else.It is not durable. The arms break way to easily. This is not necessarily a negative if you are using it at home. The croak is so loud you may be glad when it finally breaks especially if you have a child (or husband) that likes to annoy you. be warned, while the arms break, the battery lasts and lasts.I am on my 3rd and 4 th flying frog. The first one I had looked different, cuter in my opinion, and was more durable. Unfortunately, I am unable to find that one any more. Why do I keep buying this one, I use it in the classroom and the children love it. The children take turns making it croak during the Five Little Frog song. I bought two this time, to have a back up when, not if, this one breaks. I love to have interactive items for our song and this also requires some motor planning and turn taking skills. The rubber arms can hurt if fingers get in the way, so it should be supervised with young children-- older ones, such as husbands, can just suffer the consequences :).I would recommend this as a funny adult, college, teen gift especially at a family party, for children over 7 or under 7 with directions and supervision who won't get upset if it breaks, or for the classroom. Unless you need it frog specific like I do, try the pig, the monkey, or chicken. The pig sound is the least annoying and the monkey fling the best. The pig and monkey seem to hold up better too. 3It had potential...I bought this as a stocking stuffer for Christmas. Here I am thinking it would be great to get every family a different animal and after Christmas presents were opened, everyone could sit around and fling their toy around and fill the room with animal noises and laughter. Good idea, right? It probably would have been, but the second time the cow got flung across the room it landed with a hard thud. The next fling it let out a moo that lasted the entire 3 second flight and an additional 30 seconds after landing, and then not another moo was ever heard from the cow. Plenty of laughter was heard though. I'm glad this was just a fairly cheap stocking stuffer 3Pig never quits!I had to scroll back a ways in my account purchases to find this pig dog toy because I just had to post a review. We have a jack-russell who loves odd sounding squeaker toys. He goes nuts for bees buzzing, chickens clucking, whales bubbling, cows mooing, etc. This piggy dog toy is like a bungee toy that springs free and oinks. SEVEN months later the bungee arms and one eye are chewed off so its just a fetch toy now, but the thing is STILL oinking! By now Rusty chewing on the sound box for months, the thing should be dead. A few times it has just started oinking from across the room. Rusty LOVES this and just starts playing with it again. This possessed pig never quits! Thank you!Edit update 2019: Bought a second one... it is as good as the first!! 5Flying CowI bought this Moo Cow for my Minature Pincher and she loves, loves, loves it. It is her favorite toy and she has tons of toys, but this one is her favorite. She plays with it for hours. Now she shakes all her toys like crazy to try and make them Moo too. When ever I'm on the phone she has to have this one Mooing in the back ground and who ever I'm talking to has a good laugh over it. I bought it for her when she was about 8 weeks old, she's 6 months old now and takes this with her from room to room through out the house, she is never with out it. I am actually buying her 2 more for back up's just incase this one stops Mooing. It has really held up considering the beating it gets. If I ask my dog where "Moo Cow" is she runs and gets it. I have had as much fun with watching her play with it as she has playing with it and making the Cow Moo. It has truly been great fun for her and everyone who see's her with it or hears it over the phone. If it can hold up to a 6 month old Minpin playing with it, it can hold up to anything! It has been an ideal toy for her.If she takes it out to the back yard I tell her to bring Moo Cow back in the house and she does. It's not allowed outside because I don't want her to lose her fsvorite toy. It has been a lot of fun and gives her good a of exercise work out too running and shaking it to mske it moo. I recommend it for pets actually, it's a fun toy for mine. 5Flying Cow a DisappointmentWhen I first opened the package, I was disappointed thinking that I had just received a cow with the slingshot part missing. Looking more closely, I realized that you are to put your fingers into the hooves and pull back on the tail. I tried this several times, pulling back as far as I could without tearing it, and rather than flying through the air it flopped around before hitting the wall (the cow is rather heavy and unbalanced for a smooth flight). I tried it a number of times and never could get a sound out of it. I bought this for my granddaughter as a stocking stuffer and it is a big waste of money since it does not work as described. I am hoping I can return it for credit, but I am waiting to hear from the seller. Though it was delivered on prime shipping, Amazon said it is on them to contact me. I will write another review when I see what kind of customer service I receive from the seller. 1These are a riot to sling around and a lot of funThese are a riot to sling around and a lot of fun. They are not very expensive and some of them fail to work after just a few uses. This is a shame, but easier to deal with due to the price. They make noises when you shoot them. In this case they moo. Kids are entertained, and dogs are highly entertained. They will not last long in the mouth of any "highly entertained" dog though. We used them in a Monty Python themed event to simulate the catapulted cows from a certain movie. If your a python fan you know what I am talking about. Crazy Fun 5Great Office Stress Reliever! We received these this week and I took them into the office. They really made everyone laugh and we all had a great time making the cows moo and flinging things around.Things like this are a very easy and low cost morale booster. We have computers on wheels here and they are called "COWS". We had an extremely trying week regarding issues with some of the cows, so being able to fling one around and make it moo was great fun!We also have the flying monkeys in every office on our hallway! Right now the Cow has a Monkey on his back! 5Favorite dog toyI ordered 2 of these quacking duckies for my 2 standard poodles. They love them! The ducks quack when dropped, or when squeezed. This makes the dogs very happy. Sadly, one dog has a rough mouth, and she promptly 'killed' her duckie. The other treats hers like her baby, going to sleep with it safely tucked under her. Well, she did. Other dog got the other duck, and now both ducks are mute. They still make good toys, but the one dog misses her baby. I found an online demo of this duck, and when the video played the quack noise, my dog started crying and tried to find the duck in the computer. I've ordered 4 more, hoping I can keep Big Mean Dog away from the new quackers. They're cheap, they're fun, there's no stuffing to come out and mess up the house. Even when destroyed, they're still fun. Order a bunch. Even people types can have fun with these things! 5Our border collie loves it.We have gotten through about 10 of the stunt pilot chicken, they seem to last a few months. So we thought we would try this one. It's on the small side, compared to the chicken, but it's very soft and our border collie loves it. It does fly but how durable that arrangement will turn out to be we don't know, so we are not going for great distances outside, just enough for using indoors..update Feb 2019. this flying pig has proven to be our most durable toy.. and because we now have another border collie, a tri-color 8 weeks old, we are going to order a new one as the original has gotten dirty from use.. but it still works, and has turned out to be our puppies favorite toy. 5
