    ... waiting room at a dentist office and my kids loved it so we decided to get oneWe originally saw this table in a waiting room at a dentist office and my kids loved it so we decided to get one. I ordered it and when it arrived, one of the bridges would not fit. I thought I was missing a bridge (like there was another smaller size bridge that I did not receive). I called the manufacturer and they said that cold weather makes the base shrink and I would have to return it for a new one. The second one came and it was even worse. I finally just took an x-acto knife and trimmed it until the piece fit.Everything else about it is perfect. The stickers are very easy to put on, and if you don't get it right the first time, they come right off to correct it.The trains that come with the set are cheap and plastic, so we bought a couple of wood train sets to go with it. Any train set fits. It would also fit for matchbox cars, which I think we will also get for it. It has a helicopter landing pad and lots of areas for trains to go around. It is nice because it is not a ton of pieces that can be taken apart and lost. Also when you are done, it have a cover to turn it into a table while all of the trains are stored below.As long as you are willing to do a little trim work as needed, this table is worth it. I know my kids will play with it for years. (I got it for my 2 year old, but my 5 year old also always plays with the one at the dentist office). This is a Christmas gift so they have not seen it yet. 4Low Quality product, clear shortcuts in manufacturingJust a low quality product for several reason (listed below). Overall, our son loves playing with the table, but we would probably go with another one if we did it over again.Pros:-Our two-year old loves the table, but mostly because he loves cars and trains, nothing really special about the table.Cons:-All of the screw locations either had no screw holes or the places they were supposed to be at were misaligned indentations. We had to make the screw holes by pushing into the plastic.-ALL of the stickers were printed short, leaving annoying and noticeable gaps. Is it really that hard to make stickers that are 1/4 inch longer so that they all connect??-Labeling for the plastic pieces is non-existent. It's basically a guessing game on where things go. Even when you figure out, they don't really fit well.-The table top came damaged. This is probably more of a shipping problem, but could still have been avoided with better packaging. 2EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Wanting to return the table if you cannot provide a properly fitting table top and yellow bridge piece.Tonight we went to put this set together for our son as it is the day before Christmas Eve and we wanted everything set for Christmas morning. Seemed to be easy enough except 2 very important features are not fitting properly. One of the bridges don't connect, AND, the drop in table top does not fit the provided drop in slot atop the train table. VERY DISAPPOINTED, and if we didn't' set the bar for this table being a top priority gift for him, we would be returning it. This table was supposed to be my 2 1/2 year olds BEST gift this year as he loves trains, and all he pretty much wanted.Please, send a properly fitting table top and center yellow bridge to fit into the prepared slots. Thank you! 1Perfect train table!This is a great table! It was easy to assemble and all of my children love it (aged toddler, preschooler, and school ager)! We gave this table as a gift to our toddler, and we wanted to have a table that he could play trains on without our having to constantly "rebuild" his tracks...and this is perfect! It also has the hard top which is perfect for when he does want to build his own tracks. I would absolutely recommend this table. 5Save your sanity and buy this thing.All your train track nightmares solved! My older kids had all of the standard wood tracks that would take up our dining room tables and coffee table with constantly falling apart tracks and screaming kids. Now my little guy happily plays with his trains in peace with no train track parts falling apart and because the table has recessed parts there is plenty of room to store those little trains (anyone else think they multiply like rabbits?) and keep them out of sight when they are not being used.The table has a great laminated white wood top that converts the table into a lego or play dough surface that my 4 year olds enjoy. 5Great for kids who love cars*** update - it is now over 2 years later and this table has survived multiple spring cleanings and toy donations. Both kids still use it all the time. It is probably the best bang for the buck we've gotten on a toy for the kids. It has also survived the now 3 and 8 year old climbing all over it without any parts breakingMy sons (1 and 5) LOVE hot wheels and cars. They use this table all the time. We have a train table too and they still prefer this one because of the built-in bridges and roads. For the price it is definitely worth it and will get many years of use. The only thing is that it took a long time to put together and put the stickers on, so if this is a gift it is a good idea to build out ahead of time so the kids don't have to wait for hours before using it. The quality is to be expected, another plastic thing made in china. It has some signs of wear already (purchased it 4 months ago) but it should survive long enough for the kids to outgrow it. It isn't something I would want to keep around for the grandkids some day like the wood train table we have, but it is definitely a great additional to the play room for now. :-) 5Save your money...I thought I would take my chances with this table. And I was wrong.A. It took a very long time to put together only because the bridges did not fit together how they should. We had to adjust the legs several times before it all fit the way it should. I was worried it wouldn't work at all, but by chance we got it all together. However, it does look as though some of the bridges might not make it very long.B. As I was putting on the stickers.. Which also took a bit of time.. I then realized that they do not match up. Most of the stickers are about a 1/2 inch too short, so now we have gaps all over the road. For the price I would think you could make them long enough..C. The top is trash! I thought it would be nice and sturdy. False. It is a very thin cheap piece of flimsy wood. 2Best Buy for my 20 month old!My little guy LOVES this table! THE best thing we have bought for him by far. He is 20 months old and uses the table in so many ways! I love the face that it's really easy to put together. Took me 30 minutes including placing the stickers. No loose pieces and every type of train or car (hotwheels size) works on it! It's beautiful and wonderful! Recommend completely! 5amazing productThis is the best toy my 2 years old has. Weve had it for 2 months and he didnt get sick of it a bit, every day comes home and runs straight to it. Amazing toy. You can use different kinds of magnet train sets on it, minicars or thomas trains. Very fun 5This is the best train/car table everThis is the best train/car table ever! We got it for our two year old for his birthday. He loves train tracks but was always getting frustrated when they came apart. With this table everything is built in!His Thomas the trains fit perfectly as well as hot wheels.It's sturdy and a perfect height. I was worried that it might be too wide for him to reach across it but he can do it just fine.The lid that it comes with was very slightly damaged and looks just like some pictures others posted. It doesn't affect the integrity of the lid at all. We've only had the lid on once so far so he could play with his Thomas the train tracks on it so it's been stored behind a chair most of the time. But it's nice to have!My husband put this together in about an hour and said it was easy to do.I think every boy and girl would love this! They will play with it for hours! And clean up of trains and cars is so easy! At the end of the day I just throw them all in there! 5
