The instructions were easy and clear - she was able to do most of it by herself. The colors are bright, fun, and of course, girly. She loved the Shopkins included. 5Shopkins fashion boutiqueMy granddaughter loves everything Shopkins and she's played with this for hours. FYI this is a Lego-like boutique, so you will need to construct it. The directions are fairly easy to follow, but being Legos, unless you glue it together, pieces will come off. That part gets a little frustrating for my granddaughter as she is playing with it. I haven't gotten brave enough to glue it! Like others have said, it is definitely not Lego quality. The instructions are not very clear, so my 7 year old, who does huge Lego sets by herself, had to have me tell her every step along the way. And there were even a couple of steps that made me say, "whaaaaat??"
