    Broken upon arrivalThe tooth holder is cute and does glow in the dark. However, it is supposed to be one piece that opens up, and ours came in 2 pieces - I can see where it broke. I went to request a return/replacement and the website says it isn t eligible for return. If something is defective or broken upon arrival, the seller should absolutely refund the money or offer a replacement. I cannot believe the reviews for this item are so high. 1When my granddaughter lost her first tooth we looked all over the house for it and was disappointed not to have found itI had one of these for my kids when they were little. The tooth box is the perfect size, not small at all. It opens in half the long way and has a tooth compartment for your child to put their tooth in so they feel it is safe and ready for the tooth fairy. The other side has a little slot for the tooth fairy to slip a little money in. Had to buy a couple of these so Grandma's little girl could have one here, and one at home. You never know where you will lose a tooth! 5Great deal- & fun for the kidsHow do you get the tooth from under your child s pillow without waking them- in the dark?! Who thought that was a good idea??I dunno. But this Twinkle Toof is a great idea. Son loves the fun design. It glows in the dark so mom can find it on the dresser in the middle of the night. Saved the day for the tooth fairy. 5Love the simplicityI have not had an opportunity yet to use this with my children but bought it in anticipation for the day my oldest loses his first tooth. I pondered several options for our tooth fairy tradition and this was the perfect one for our family for many reasons1. Placing the little tooth inside this big tooth will make finding the thing much easier.2. My kids LOVE anything that glows in the dark so convincing them to leave it on the nightstand is much more likely.3. I can use it for each child unlike a monogrammed tooth pillow so it fits a limited budget and I don't have to store multiple items and keep up with them.4. I fell for the elf on the shelf tradition and have a hard enough time keeping up with that so I'm not really up for anything complicated anymore;) 4Cute little tooth keeper...with some limitations and concernsThis little tooth keeper is decorated pleasingly with a smiling face on the front and a tiny golden Tooth Fairy silhouette on the back.In contrast to some of the comments I read in reviews, I did not find either the outer tooth "shell" or the inner, velvet-lined compartment difficult to open. However, unlike that depicted in the promotional photo for this product, the door to the inner compartment met a great deal of resistance when opened to about 45 degrees and I didn't want to force it beyond that for fear of breaking the small plastic hinge.The long, narrow and relatively flat space inside the tooth is just large enough for the typical monetary gifts traditionally left but might not be big enough if the Tooth Fairy got creative and decided to leave a larger surprise.While I think the glowing outer shell would be appealing to the child and would make it easier for the Tooth Fairy to find in a darkened room, I think the hard plastic might make a bit of noise if it were to fall or be jostled against a hard headboard or other bedroom furniture. What causes greater concern is the fact that the outer shell is molded from a single piece of plastic and I can foresee the two thin "hinges" connecting the front and back of the shell breaking after relatively few "folds" from opening and closing the tooth. I wouldn't expect those "hinges" to last anywhere near the full number of Tooth Fairy visits to collect a single child's entire set of baby teeth.I'm going with the Rich Frog Tooth Fairy Pillow instead. 4all parents need thisMy daughter loved it and it really does glow in the dark. It has a cute little spot to hold the tooth in to keep from loosing it. My daughter thinks the tooth fairy gave it to her so she would loose her tooth. It was a great investment. She gets so exited when she uses it. It really did meet my expectations and its not so too small that it gets lost under the pellow, but its not so big that it gets uncomfortable to sleep. 5Thumbs up I bought this for my eldest son to put his teeth in for the Tooth Fairy as they were starting to fall out. My son was so excited to use this the night his second tooth fell out. It does exactly what it says. I held it under the lamp for a few seconds to charge the glow and then turned out the lights. It lit up really well. It's made of a hard plastic which I don't mind since it's placed under his pillow which is fairly thick. We liked it so much that I bought another one for my 3 month old baby to put away until his little choppers start to fall out too. A great way to get your little one excited for the Tooth Fairy. 5Super cute!Purchased this once my sons teeth started wiggling. The delivery was fast and it was here in time for his forth tooth to fall out! The little trap door for the tooth is adorable and my son couldn't wait for the morning to see what was inside. The fact that it glows is an added bonus! The only con is that the money clip doesn't really hold the money and if your leaving more than one bill- the tooth doesn't close properly. My son loves this thing so that doesn't bother him. He's lost 3 more teeth since and the first thing he does is look for the "big tooth". 4Great little toy but there is one slight design problemWe love this twinkle tooth and have used it two times in a month. It glows well when 'charged' aka placed under a light, and stays closed BUT the area where you are supposed to slide the folded money is too narrow and thin. I folded up a 5 dollar bill and tried to tuck it into the space provided for the money but when I did so the tooth would not close. I folded it several times and in several ways to the same result.The area where you keep the tooth is where we have been folding up the money and shoving it into the tiny 1x1 inch space. 4Adorable but not so easy to open!This tooth holder is adorable and glows beautifully in the dark, making it easy for the tooth fairy to find when she comes to visit. The kids love holding it up to the light to make it glow before setting it under their pillows!Tooth fairies should be warned that they might struggle a bit to get the interior clasp open to retrieve the tooth, as it can be a bit tight and hard to maneuver. Some tooth fairies in our area have been known to leave a little note saying the kiddos can KEEP their tooth as a result of this difficulty. YMMV ;)There is room for the tooth fairy to leave a small note, coins or bills inside, but not room for much else, so depending on the generosity or gift types your local tooth fairy tends to leave, they may want to double check the size before ordering! 4
