    Octopi the Crib!My dear friend was blessed with a brand-new granddaughter. We live on the water, so naturally the baby needs a water creature to keep the regular stuffed animals in line. Anyway, what gives more hugs than an octopus? The fabric is soft and huggable, the stuffing has the perfect amount of squishability, the legs are curled just right, the eyes are sweet - really, the picture does not do it justice! 5Sturdy and well-madePerfect little toy, very soft and flexible. My granddaughter seems to be into octopus these days and this toy really hit the spot. very pleased, she loves it! I don't know how much longer it'll last but it seems sturdy and well made i'm very pleased. 5My 3 Yr Old Loves It!My three year old has been really into octopuses, but is a little scared of them (has nightmares) at the same time, mainly because he s learned so much about them that he knows they can fit through anything bigger than the size of their beak (like under his door). He LOVES this stuffed animal and it s eased his fears to actually be able to see one that looks real but isn t scary. He named it Bubbles :) 5Great for people who enjoy sea-life...If you like funny sea creatures, like Octopi, then you'll like this little stuffed animal. It's well made with elastic in the tentacles that allow them to stay curled up towards its body and retract to that position after they are pulled out. The only major realistic detail it's lacking is that there's no beak underneath where the mouth should be. It's obvious that this little stuffed animal would not sit up as nicely if it did have a beak, so that's an understandably omitted feature. Other than that, my 11-year-old son really enjoys it. He prefers realistic stuffed animals that have a more sophisticated look to them. He reviews each one to see what realistic details are missing. He highly recommends this stuffed animal to others. 5Very cute.my baby loves it so much even it looks too real for babies!! 5Great Octo!I got this little guy as a Bookstagram prop. He's awesome. I love that his tentacles will actually curl and hold around books and other items.I've named him Oswald, decided he's a snob, and have to fiercely guard him from the 9 YO who thinks he should be hers ASAP. 5What has eight legs and sings...I was tempted to leave him at home and not share him with my students but I did not give in. Good idea... the kids love it. So super soft!!! 5Heroic Octopus Score Saves Day!My wife got this exact same stuffed octopus at the Museum of Natural History in New York. Then she brought it all the way home. Then our dog savagely ripped its cepholopodic face right off. Don't get this if you have a dog that wont tolerate being stared down by a toy. Which is most dogs in my experience. Anyhoo, upside is I find the exact same Octopus on Amazon. I order it. They send it to the house. I am a hero. Now you too can heroically order this plushy octopus for a fraction of the cost of visiting Manhattan! Get them while supplies of cheap labor able to make stuffed animals this complicated and affordable last!It is actually very well made, and far superior to snuggling a real Octopus. 5Bought this for my three year old great-nieceRealistic looking octupus--elongated head--definitely looks odd. But that is also wants make it neat. My great niece was into learning about these creatures so I got her three books and this plush toy. It is great for young kids because they can easily carrying it around by its "legs". It is soft and cuddly--I think it did have button eyes though if that is a concern. I got the 8 inch one. It was the perfect fit for her. She carried it around the entire birthday party. 5"Ollie" the Octopus is a hit with our family!At the same time our three year old became mildly obsessed with lobsters, our two year old had the same affinity for octopi. For the very modest price we paid and the fleeting interest toddlers have, I would have settled for a lesser quality toy, but I was extremely pleased when "Ollie" arrived and turned out to be a very well made toy! Will keep our eyes out for more aquatic toys by this maker. 5
