Form-fitting costumes tend to run small. If child is at the top of size range, consider moving up a size
Dorothy's iconic blue and white gingham dress covered with sequins; blue hair-bows; Jumper-look dress with white top and lace at hem; children with long legs may want to wear with leggings
Officially licensed Wizard of Oz Costume; look for authentic logo / trademark on packaging and costume label
Ruby slippers and Toto in a basket available separately; also look for Glinda, Tin Man, Cowardly Lion, Scarecrow, and Wicked Witch of the West costume

Beautiful costume!This was a huge hit at my daughter's school. The entire first grade read and studied Wizard of Oz and when they finished, they got a party day where they watched the film. They were allowed to dress up as any character they wanted from the book. Of course, it had to be Dorothy! We loved this. :)5Cute, but ITCHY!!!!I Purchased this costume for my younger daughter to wear to her older sister s play. The costume is quite cute, but I can t emphasize enough how uncomfortable it is! The netting underneath feels like sandpaper and is incredibly itchy, so make sure you have a slip and a camisole tank top for your child to wear with it. The little hologram embellishments also come off fairly easy, so be prepared to have a very glittery house! It does look adorable on though. Also, her costume came in with a large hole at the neckline where the seams were not lined up when it was stitched. It was a fairly easy fix with a sewing machine, but be sure to check yours well. The straps were also quite long as others mentioned and sewn in the wrong spot but I was able to and un-stitch and reattach them in the proper spot. My daughter is seven, but tall for her age and wears a size 10 in clothing, so I ordered her a size large. It was only slightly big on her.3Great productLoved the product. Even with a shirt underneath my daughter didn't want to wear it. I ended up ordering another one with a much softer material.2It makes a great dog costume!I tucked the shirt down in the dress and used the straps over her legs a chest. This is a size large and Winnie is a 90 pound rough collie.5Wonky StrapsFor the positives, the sequins are not Vegas like I was afraid but instead just catch the light a bit and are actually quite cute. It's certainly recognizable as Dorothy. On the downside, these are the wonkiest straps I've ever seen and the way they're put together makes it very difficult to fix. The straps are HUGE but sewn at both the shoulder and the waist (button is not actually in a buttonhole). I have no idea how the pattern could have gotten so off at the manufacturer. The top/shirt isn't huge but the straps are several inches too long in both the front and the back.3
