    Great qualityThis is a great quality diabolo. As soon as camp ended, he begged me to buy him his own diabolo. We looked online; the Beach Diabolo sounded perfect and the price was right. He chose the red. He's been using it about a month so far. I suggested we cut the string a little since he has to raise his arms up above his shoulders to use it but he likes it just the way it is. I asked him just now if he liked his diabolo and he said yes. And then after thinking a second more about it, he said, "No, actually I love it." Highly recommended! 5great customer serviceWe accidentally gave the wrong zip code for our delivery, and Yoyosam sent us a second diabolo, free of charge, with a hand-written note explaining that they thought our first shipment had gone awry and wanted to get us the diabolo before christmas. They were out of the color I ordered and instead of just shipping me anything they actually called me, long distance, and asked me what color I would like as a replacement.
