    Fun, colorful, a bit of a mess in the beginning.Tricky enough for a five-year old, not too tricky for the adults working with the child. Nicely color-coded on the back of the pieces for identification, although sorting through all 12 puzzles in one big jumble is a task in itself! Add a pack of zipper bags to your order so you can sort them out. 4Great Little Puzzles.What cute puzzles! The pieces do have to be sorted but the backs are color coded to make it easy. These puzzles are just right for a short bit of fun. They are hard enough to be interesting but easy enough that my daughter could do them on her own -- and did at least 3 times. It is not several small puzzles - it is hundreds of puzzle pieces thrown into a box that you are supposed to separate into separate puzzles. It is a nightmare 1Our girls ( ages 4 and 6 ) love them...Our two little girls ( ages 4 and 6 ) love these puzzles and the other's in the series ( butterflies, fish etc ). The pieces are just right for their little hands. Like an earlier reviewer posted, seeing them work these, re-ignited my own interest in puzzles :) Great for sorting colors, shapes, image/pattern recognition ( cherry, stripes, etc ).
