    Need more sizes availableThe availability of sizes was the biggest drawback for me. My son nweed this ecaxt outfit for a play he is in and they never had medium in stock. :( we ordered a size up to be safe and I will be doing alterations. The fabric is super thin (I might have to have my son wear something underneath!) and the belt has velcro which is interesting. The hat is made out of hard plastic and I think the best part of this costume. 2Order this larger than needed.We had no choice but to use this costume in our play. I am just hoping the boy does not pop one of his buttons during the show. 3Great!This was a perfect costume for my son in Mary Poppins. The quality is like a lot of costumes we've had, it's not meant to be warn every day for years, but perfect for the play. A button fell off after one wear, but was easy to see back on. True sizing. 4Cheaply made, cheap material, lousy patch detailIt'll serve its purpose on Halloween, but otherwise, this is the lowest quality costume I've ever purchased. You can practically read the newspaper through the pants, that's how thin the material is. Hoping Halloween isn't cold this year. I bought the large even though my child wears a medium (8/10) size normally, and it just fits him. Not sure if we can even fit a white dress shirt/tie under the jacket (and he is thin). The patch on the arm, which should read "ER", reads "EB" for a reason I cannot fathom. The hat is also small for a ten-year-old/70 lb child. I washed it in cold water and ironed on light steam and it held up to that (although the label says not to iron it), but it did emit a foul "Made In China" smell during ironing, even though it was washed first (and line-dried). Like I said, it will be good enough for a few hours for Halloween, but I wouldn't dream of passing it on to anyone next year. 2Great Cop Costume for the PriceFor the price, this costume looks pretty decent. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the picture led me to believe that a shirt and tie was included. My middle child dressed up in this costume for Halloween and the size 14 fit him well. He wears a 10 regular in jeans. My wife was afraid that the material might be see through, but it was actually a good thickness and provided ample coverage and warmth. 4Belt is small!The belt is way to small!! I had to sew in an extra length of felt to make them long enough for the boys! Other than that I am happy with the costumes my son is 4' 6&1/2" tall and 95lbs and it fits him good he usually wears a 10/12 4fantastic product!Incredibly fast shipping...fantastic product!! 5Five StarsArrived quickly and was perfect for my sons part as constable in Mary Poppins!!! 5DisappointingMy kid wore this for a school parade. Helmet for size 8-10 is very very small. 1Perfect London Bobby Costume with Some WorkVery flimsy and thin! The patch on the arm isn't very good looking and the buttons are not as bright or big as the picture. However, with some up grades, you can make it better.I bought a size 4-6 for my 3 year old who wears size 4 clothes (90th percentile for height and weight). The costume was way big. I hemmed the pants with hem tape. Shortened the sleeves with hem tape and took extra Velcro to tighten the belt. The hat fit perfectly because my son has big curly hair. Under the costume he wore a navy sweatsuit outfit with a white button down and a black clip on tie. I also replaced the buttons with better silver buttons and tightened them down.The instructions say no iron, but I chanced it with very luke warm iron. Our Halloween family costume theme was Ripper Street/Sherlock Holmes. Everyone enjoyed my son's costume and they knew what he was the moment they saw him. Great alternative a police officer costume if you want to think outside box. 3
