    Wonderful set... and just as good as magna tiles...I am so glad I ordered these to combine with the 100 piece magna tile set. My kids got both sets for Christmas. I read many reviews and went with the magna tiles for the big set. I would say the extra money wasn't necessary... others wrote that the magna tile magnets are stronger. I have to disagree with that. I just put both brand of tiles on the table to see at what distance they pull each other together and they are exactly the same. Also trying to pull them apart I feel no noticeable difference that one brand is stronger than the other one. So overall 5 Stars from us and next time we expand our collection we will save the extra money and go with the stick n stack brand. 5Great toy!We have a few different sets of the Shapemags/Magnetic Stick and Stack tiles. They are all for my grandsons and their dad. They love them and we do too. I feel like we should have some at our house. I think for adults they can be sort of a mindless stress reducing activity. One always feels successful, because they stick together so well.Our first set of magnetic tiles was Picasso, which we love. Because they were a hit, we wanted to try another brand to compare and see if we might settle on "our favorite." We added these, providing some variety and they were compatible, meaning the magnets match up from tile to tile. Time will tell if both brands hold up equally. So far, so good. We don't have a favorite yet. We are happy with both and enjoy both.An added note: Our nephew and his wife have new twin boys. Though too young at this point, I have bought ahead and have boxes of Shapemags/Magnetic Stick and Stack to give as gifts when they are older. I told my nephew and his wife that these are the greatest toys, that they weren't around when our children were young, and that children play with them for a long time. They said they had to know what this was. We told them and explained how they work they look forward to their boys playing with them when they are older. 5Great versatility - good productFantastic product! Works perfectly well as Magna-tiles. I have these, Magna-tiles, and Magformers and did a comparison and used a safety pin to measure distance of attraction:Magformers: strongest magnets - attracted the safety pin at double the distance of Magna-tiles.Magna-tiles and Magnetic Stick N Stack: the distance was EXACTLY the same!Utility: my kids enjoy both types the solid form and magformers hollow form.Quality: all three are of good quality. Magna-tiles and Magnetic Stick N Stack have metal rivets in the corners. But Magnetic Stick N Stack looks a little shabbier - glue marks, etc ., only if you look really close.Conclusion: strength wise, Magformers are best, followed by Magna-tiles and magnetic Stick N Stack. Cost - Magformers and Magna-tiles are the priciest. Magnetic Stick N Stack is much less per block.In the attached photo we have used Magna-tilees and the windows, doors and grass/fort walls are Magnetic Stick N Stack. 5Outstanding Quality!I had bought several sets of different brand magnetic tiles this past year that my 4 year old really enjoys. For Christmas, his Grandmother gave him a set of Shape Mags. They were just as nice, sturdy, and had strong magnetic connections, as the other, more expensive brands, I had purchased. When I went to the website to see what other sets were offered, I was so impressed with how many different shapes I could chose from. Today, we opened the Stairs and Ramps set, and he has played with it, ALL DAY! I can't believe the things he can build. Last week we opened the Dome Set. I just ordered more sets, tonight. My biggest disappointment is that the Hexi-Gate Set seems to be sold out, everywhere I have searched for it. I am hoping it will come back. I want to add that my husband and I really enjoy playing with these as well! 5Great expansion set!!We purchased this set to accompany our Shape Mags Starter set. This is a great expansion set. The new castle style shapes offer more options for building and design. Great same quality and durability as our other Shape Mags, and they connect together well. It s important to understand that this is just an expansion set, meant to pair with other Shape Mags. It s only 24 pieces so alone, the fun would be minimal because of the limited number of shapes, but with a starter set, it s wonderful! My kids play with these nearly every day!! (2 & 5 yrs old) 5Worth it!My kids like them and use them all of the time. They work well with both the magna tiles and Picasso tiles. I feel like the magnets are not quite as strong as the magnets that are in the magna tiles. But my kids don't complain, and they like the options this set gives them to add to their designs. Out of all the toys in our house the magnetic tiles are the one thing that gets continuous use. We have slowly been adding to our collection we have 300 (1 magna 100 set, and two Picasso 100 sets) and then this set. 4Great add on for magnetic tile collectionI had about 250 pieces of magnetic tiles - just the regular squares and triangles. I have four grandchildren who play with them, sometimes together, in which case I can't have enough pieces. In order to make my collection a little more interesting and add another dimension of construction, I decided to get some doors and windows pieces. I have three different manufacturers sets, and these pieces work with them all.The set is a good price for 24 pieces, and I am sure this will be a great addition to the creativity of building. 5Magnetic Stick N Stack Perfect Addition to Any Starter Set, 24 PiecesThis is the perfect addition to the 60 piece Picasso, or others that are similar. The starter kits never have enough of the small squares once you really start building. With this our buidings got taller, we added fences, windows and doors. My little, who started playing with Magna-tiles at 2 yrs just took off! These work fine with both brands mentioned and other unknown that were given by friends. The magnets are just as strong and the tiles hold up as well. Recommend for ages 2+ 5A cool little setThe only downside is that the magnets could be much stronger, but there does have to be a balance between great grip, and a small child being able to pull them apart. We bought these for my daughters upcoming birthday along with other sets from the same company. She's been playing with Megablocks for a while and we wanted to challenge her with something new and different but still foster her love of building. These are 3 inches on a side which is ideal for her 2.5-3 inch collection of 'guys' (Octonauts, miles from Tomorrowland and other toys in the same general size category can share vehicles and space so we took that into account). We tested them tonight to make sure all was in order. The packaging was new and undamaged as was every block. They all have functional magnets, we're pretty happy with them. If she loves them and the 'guys' get new houses, ships, roads, and playgrounds then we'll buy more. 4Work with MagnatilesPerfect gift for kids. I bought a small basic set of Magnatiles for my boy 2 Christmases ago and he still plays with them regularly. We bought this set to add to his collection and he is thrilled with the new shapes and options. He is in full on Star Wars mode and these make a great rebel base, just so ya know ;) 5
