    It s okI bought this early knowing it was one left in stock didn't want to risk it if there would be no more wanted to save for my daughters 2nd birthday but she happened to find it on the counter when it came in so my 22 month daughter has absolutely fallen in love with her it has a nice soft body I likeEdit: changed to a 3 Star after having the doll for about 4 months there s bold starting to form in the hair line my daughter absolutely loves playing with TVs mermaid during bath time but if it s gonna continue to hold after washing it then it s not a great bath toy 3Cutie pieNot sure what makes this considered a bath toy? Maybe simply because it s a mermaid? Anyway, it s very cute! Not sure if it s worth the price point, but either way, it was pretty inexpensive and she has the cutest little face. A lot of children s dolls nowadays have giant eyes and look really strange; I love the sweet simplicity of this doll. Reminds me of the old Ginny Dolls I use to play with as a little girl. I was hoping to get the purple, but received the pink! But she s still adorable! My daughter loves her. :) 4NOT a bath toyI bought this for my granddaughter to use in the bath. Unfortunately, it has several areas for water to get inside the doll. This is a health hazard as it is hard to get the water out and it can breed mold, mildew, etc. I threw it away. 1Overpriced Dollar Store Doll - DON'T BUY THIS (NO RETURN POLICY)First of all, no return policy should tell you something. I should have read the fine print. I bought three dolls for Christmas gifts but will not be giving them to anyone. They are over priced dollar store toys. My mistake should not be yours....Do not buy this as you can get it from the dollar store for way less. 1Fun doll with bad hairThis doll is undeniably cute. We got it to fit little hands and go into the bathtub, as well as to have a doll with hair you can comb/brush. She lives up to all expectations, except the hair. The hair is too curly/frizzy. Even fresh out of the shipping bag we couldn't get a brush or comb through the tangle of hair. I think it has to do with the material they use for hair and the fact that curling either made it frizzy or the individual strands are so thin they have no hope of becoming untangled. Had to basically braid it and tell my daughter she can't brush the hair. 3Kinda cheap looking.These were much bigger than i expected and they were kinda cheaper Chinese type dollsthat were around more when I was a kid. I don't really care for the fact that the tails aren't painted all theway to the end of the tails because it just looks like cheap/raw factory tail. If I had known they were cheaperlooking dolls, I would not have bought them. My daughter didn't play with it very much either. She prefersthe smaller ones. 3The mermaids are wonderful. If you advertise two colors and a person orders two....wouldn't it make sense to send one of each or at least give a choice. 5Good sized tub doll with fun hair for stylingMy daughters like these tub dolls a lot. I'm less impressed though. I do like how inexpensive they were. I think for under $10 a doll, it's a pretty good deal. I also like that the hair is long and versatile. The second these came out of the package, my daughters had the braids out and were styling the hair on the dolls. The hair is well attached and can stand the abuse from my 3 and 4 year olds pretty well.On the other hand, I think the toys are a tad boring. There aren't any accessories for the dolls, nor are you able to clothe them. My girls will be interested for a while, but if I don't put them out of sight for a week or so in between uses, they won't want to play with them at all. I also don't like how water gets inside the hollow body and head of the doll. If you don't squeeze and shake pretty well after each use, the dolls will be filled with mold in no time.So I guess I can see why these toys were discontinued, but I still think it's not a bad little toy. For the low price, I thought they were going to be super small, but they are the size of a child's infant baby doll...so I'm not going to complain :-) 4Adorable & Durable!My daughter bought this mermaid at a store while we were on vacation and LOVED it. Unfortunately, we were not diligent about making sure it was dried completely between baths, so we ended up having to throw it away because of mold or mildew (whichever it is that all bath toys seem to succumb to). She did love it enough to be worth buying another one, though, and we'll be more careful about wringing this ones hair out! 5Smaller than expected, doesn't come in a box...Overpriced.The doll is pretty cute, but it's a little smaller than I anticipated. It will be a nice addition to my daughter's mermaid/fishy themed Easter basket. If I had known the actual size, I wouldn't have paid over $4 or $5 for this. It also arrived in plastic, with no box. It's just not worth the price in my opinion. 3
