    He's enjoying it, but it's a little smallI got the small size and it's actually pretty snug on my just turned-4 yr old who is average size, 33lb 41 inches. He loves it, but for some reason hasn't put the gloves on, maybe because it's 95 degrees in NC. He really loves the Adventure Set with wristband thing and goggles. I highly recommend buying both for the complete set. 4The Creature Power Suits we bought from Toys R Us ...The Creature Power Suits we bought from Toys R Us 2 years ago were starting to look a little scraggly. My boys wanted to be the Kratt brothers for Halloween at the last minute so I amazon primed this one-- paying $10 more than it costs in store. The packaging all looked the same but the quality is just not there. The colored panels on the *old* ones are the same shiny silky material as the front. The *new* one, it's some kind of vinyl sticker. Same with the gloves-- old one has embroidered finger pads and palm pad, this one is a sticker. Inside the old glove is mesh and soft, this one is stiff and hard to get their little hands into. The clear pockets on the glove and vest were also yellowish and cloudy. Even our old ones the clear pockets are still clear! It also fit a little shorter and more snug that the old one. They wore the new ones for Trick or Treating but they decided they'd rather keep the old ones in the dress up trunk. 3not such a great value, but the kids do enjoy itThe gloves are useless. I am not even sure if they're designed for a person. The vest is great but too hot to wear a lot when they play. Only comes with two creature power discs, which gets lost within a minute of them playing with it. I think it would have been better if they made this from a T-Shirt cloth material, or something like that. I think it's a little overpriced for what it does and in the end you can't fully enjoy the whole thing because of the gloves. 2Nice, authentic creature power suit!Great little suit! I would have given it five stars, but the gloves should be resized. The fingertips are too long. They could be cut and sewed closed at a shorter length. The suit says that it is for sizes 4 - 6. My daughter is a tall seven year old with an average tummy, and the vest fits her. It velcros and can be adjusted. It has a place on the chest to put the little power discs in so that the child can play like he has creature powers. The suit comes with two discs, but they sell little toy animal sets that come with more discs. Overall, this is a cool little outfit with an authentic look! 4Too smallThe vest looks well made, but it is not made for anyone over 4. My 5 year old was so excited to get it, but the vest didn t fit. Granted he s taller than most kids his age, but he was devastated that it didn t fit. Maybe changing the design of the vest so that both sides Velcro with more adjustability would be better, as some older and larger kids enjoy the show too. 2Oh my boys love this! ConsOh my boys love this!Cons: As others said, this vest runs small. My 3 and 4 year old fit perfectly in this vest, however my 9 year old can't fit at all, and the 7 year old has to wedge himself into the vest. The gloves do run a bit big, but that was not a problem for my family. As other reviewers stated, the lining of the gloves was twisted in some of the fingers. At first I thought some of the fingers were sewed shut, however, with a little patience, we straightened out the fingers.Pros: What's not to love about the Wild Kratts? The kids love the vest, and are constantly running around activating all sorts of powers. The power disks are probably already lost among the other toys, but that does not affect how they play! Personally, I am glad there were only two power disks, as small parts seem to disappear in my house. The fabric these vests are made out of seems to really hold up to boys, although the vests have not been outside yet....Overall, the boys love their Creature Power Suit, and I am glad they are holding up. After one month of play, they are still pretty popular in our house. 4Great fun!I bought both a small (4-6x) and a large (6-8) for my boys who are 4 and 6. Either size works depending on how you want it to fit. Right now my smaller one wears the large and my older boy wears the small, and I would say they both fit them fine. I would recommend the large just so that they have the ability to wear them longer, however I did give 1 less star because they really could be better made for the price. All in all, I am THRILLED with this purchase almost as much as my boys are. 4Really enjoyed this pretend play outfitMy 6 year old was thrilled to receive this gift. It fits him well and he is 50th percentile for weight/height. It does have Velcro that can be adjusted and I expect it should fit him the whole year. It is a nice quality. Really well made and sturdy.It comes in an easy to wrap box if you are buying to give as a gift. It comes with two power disks and my son proceeded to pretend play right away. I think that with the right pants and hiking boots this can be a Halloween outfit easily. 5My boys LOVE! Velcro didn't hold after about 8 monthsMy soon-to-be-5 year old has always loved Wild Kratts. It was fitting for his 4th birthday (theme: Wild Kratts) to gift him an official creature power suit. He has adored it! It is the #1 thing he plays with! We have added several more discs to have a decent sized collection. We even got a smaller sized Martin vest for his younger brother and they play several times a week.As others have mentioned, the gloves are an odd size and really do not fit. It has not made much of a difference for my boys though, seeing as they just use the vests! The only issue we have had is the velcro has not held up. It lasted about 6-8 months or so and, since he wears it SO much, now does not hold together well. I trimmed the "fuzzy" size and that helped a little, but now I am hoping to replace the velcro. I have not had issues with the other vest I have (yet), which I have had for 6 months.Overall, one of the best toys we have ever owned. Definitely gets used! The vest itself, minus the velcro, is well made! No sign of rips or tears. Would highly recommend! 4Wild Kratts Creature Power SuitMy son is my science fact kid and loves Wild Kratts. He decided to have a Wild Kratts inspired birthday party, so I bought him this creature power suit for him to wear to his party. (He'll be 4 in August, wears a 4t-5t and I bought the 4-6 yrs suit.) He isn't the "dress up" type, but he LOVES his creature power suit and has been wearing it daily for long periods of time. The disks from the figure sets are compatible with the suit, which is nice. It's durable and adjustable (velcro adjustable at the left shoulder and left side of torso) to fit child. While I do think this is a bit pricey, the quality is great. It's made of thick material that's easy to wipe off. The decals haven't cracked or peeled and the creature power disk slot seems to be holding up well to all the disk changes.Overall, I'm very happy with this suit and would recommend it for any Wild Kratts fan. It's also a very giftable item and can easily be paired with a figure set or the waist pouch/creature power disk set, depending on what you're looking to spend. 5
