    Fun, but frustrating when ball gets stuck. Great OT tool for strengthening upper back.Purchased for my kids to play with. Good tool for children who have weak scapular musculature (forward rounded shoulders.) They enjoyed it for a while. Older one got frustrated early on. Little one loved it when we played.If the ball gets stuck in the middle, it can be hard to keep the rope taut in order to get it back to the end. Our trick was to hold the rope hand over had moving toward the ball to keep it taut with out slack and then do the same this going back holding the ball too. Easy for adult hands, harder for kids. 4great funMy son used this in OT and loves it. We bought one to practice with and he loves it and so does his siblings. 5Love it!Been Googling this game for years! Had this game over 40 yrs. ago and finally someone brought it back into production. Not as large or as heavy as the old one but this is a game with a nostalgic workout. Bought 4 at a great price, great at cookouts and the beach. 4Best Zip It BallWe purchased a few different zip it balls to have for the grandkids over the summer and this one is by far the best. The ball easily slides back and forth on the cord. The cord is of good quality and has held up well, unlike the others. The ball does not get caught half way and cord remains tangle free. Nice handles and easy to hold so little kids fingers don't get hit by the ball. The kids really enjoy this toy, adults too. 5Disappointed.I was disappointed in this item. I used something with the same discriptipn in our rehab department that was much sturdier with handles that fit an adult male. This is is small and flimsy and not suitable for my purpose. 2Fun, but Ouch!This is actually fun and great exercise, but it hurts when the ball gets slammed back at you. Don't close your hands together unless you like to be in pain. If it didn't hurt so bad I would've given it 5 stars. 3Awesome & fun game to playThis is a fun game to play! Our dad had an older version of this game many, many years ago and we have looked everywhere for this game in a large, durable size. This is a great size, about the size of a medium football. Pretty durable, although when two of us grown men went at it really hard (and I mean hard) we cracked one of the handles. I still say this is a great value and game. If your looking for something to play with the kids or to take to the beach, a picnic, family outing etc. or just for the backyard during bbq's this is a great game to have around. Very simple to play. Basically two people, one on each side you grab the handles and there is a ball on the line. You hold the handles together with the ball there, keeping the line tight and quickly open your hands to zip the ball to your opponent, then your opponent lets the ball get as close as possible without touching his handles and zips it back. You zip the ball back and forth. We play by points, if you hit the handles of your opponent you earn a point. But you can also just play like catch back and forth. I will also tell you this will work you arms out like crazy!! The game came on time and was packaged great. I would recommend to my friends and family. 5Fun and simpleThis was a gift for my tween daughter for Christmas and honestly if it is not a computer game, youtube or video game it usually does not get her attention.At first she showed no interest, then I undid it and asked her to give it a try... our little terrier was barking her head off below the zipping ball in minutes and my daughter had the hugest smile on her face. We keep it out to play with it every so often. Honestly it is a great arm work out while you laugh... it is fun to do but I can only keep it up for so long until it has to take a rest... or should I say I have to take a rest.The ball zips amazingly fast. It is simple and fun.Would be even better for younger kids to keep them busy with good old fashioned simple games. 5A fun flashback to an original version I had many years ago!A few decades ago, I was given the original version of this game - the only real difference being somewhat more sturdy rope, and slightly larger shuttle (and better-constructed handles). Many hours of fun were had with that old set - and sadly in all the moves our family has made over the years, it was lost.I heard someone describing this game a few months ago and decided to go looking - and what do I find - but this modern production. And the fun has begun!I do wish the handles were a bit more substantial, as well as the rope that connects it all - in fact, this is why I only gave it 4 stars. That being said - we have pulled it out a couple of times and it is just as fun as it was years ago! 4DangerousWell I have 3 boys so I ve seen them turn just about everything into a weapon, whether intentional or not. My middle son was complaining that the oldest kept yanking the handle from his hand so I started playing with it and, Wow, I turned into the one who was trying to take out the kids. I not only yanked the handles out of my son s hands(which I had to dodge) but if you are able to coordinate movement to get the ball going and it impacts the handles at one side, that person will almost certainly drop the handles from the jolt. I don t feel safe letting my kids play with this. And trust me, I m not the overprotective helicopter mom usually, but I see a certain injury with this and would like to avoid that. 2
